I moved into my rental at the end of April on a Saturday to the BRAND NEW system not working. There was no answer for repair that evening or the next day. It took 4 days before a repair person showed to fix it. The air stopped working again today and it's 81° in my house. There has been no answer or response to text messages to the landlord or myself regarding the broken BRAND NEW system in my home. The voicemail says they're not responding to service calls for an entire stretch of days. WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T RESPOND TO SERVICE CALLS?? I have my senior mother and several animals in my home and this company just DOESN'T respond in the summer? Beware!
