I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered asked for my name and number and if I knew their location. I said yes, and she mentioned they were near McDonald's. I told her we were at Heist Spirits and would find it. She insisted I provide the address to confirm I knew the location. This made me a bit skeptical, and I considered hanging up because the call was getting a bit odd. However, I proceeded to place my order. She listed all the chicken sandwiches they had, even though I already knew what I wanted. Parking here is inconvenient. You can't park on the street or the side; you need to park in the lower part and walk up, which is not ideal. Despite the odd start, our food turned out to be incredibly good. We had a buffalo and ranch chicken sandwich with fries. The service was good, assuming the million questions are due to frequent issues they encounter. I would come back here if I'm in the area again. I'd like to try the pizza next time.

Follow them on Facebook so you know where they will be setting up next! I was lucky enough to have them show up near where I work and decided to give them a try. I had the buffalo chicken pizza and it was beyond amazing. It's fun to watch them make it from start to finish before putting it into "Bella", their mobile wood-fired oven. The staff are nice and happy to answer any questions about the menu. Prices are quite fair for what you get, with pizzas at $10 (and each one is enough for a big lunch for one or a reasonable-size lunch for two), breadsticks with marinara at $8, and cannolis for $3. With food trucks, communication with potential customers is essential, and they do a spectacular job of keeping in touch via social media about where they will be and when they sell out so you aren't left hanging. This is an underappreciated quality, so I want to make sure I am recognizing them for their skill in this where many other mobile vendors fall short. If they are close to you, you absolutely must try them, no excuse not to! Overall: 5.0 stars ----- Pros: - Amazing pizzas, and very cool unique options for them! - Great value for your money. - Good service. - EXCELLENT communication via social media. Cons: - None, really. I wish they came to Wheeling more, though I totally get that they have to go where they know they are most likely to sell out. Good for them for their success!

It is, without a doubt, my new favorite pizza spot! Between being perfectly cooked at a high heat in the wood fired oven, the homemade dough and sauce, and the super fresh and quality toppings, this pizza outshines the other local places ten-fold. My experience with the service was also really great! I used the online ordering system which was easy and convenient. It gave an estimated time for pickup and confirmation text message. I arrived about 5-10 minutes early and was pleasantly surprised that I received a text saying my order was already ready. The owners/staff are also so friendly and I was in and out in a Jif. The newly renovated shop is super clean and nice with very Italian vibes and also has what appears to be imported Italian goods for sale (I didn't stay long enough to check it out but will next time). We really LOVED the pizza! The sweet and spicy pepperoni was soo good! We also got a plain cheese for our pickier kiddos and are really excited to try some of the other flavor options next time. Definitely add Vitalia to your go-to takeout spots to try especially for a busy weeknight dinner or to enjoy on the weekend. It might also be important to note it is a small shop and appears to be meant just for takeout and not a dine-in spot. Hope you try and enjoy as much I did!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the taste was truly, absolutely horrific. I never in my life,…read morehave ever tasted a glycerol, oil like, chemical flavor on my pallet from a simple bite of pizza, like the pizza I had at this restaurant. He's putting some type of artificial fat, additive, or extremely low cost/ quality ingredient (cheese) into his pizza that makes the product almost inedible. It tasted like he put a stale synthetic vegetable oil based popcorn butter (that has no salty taste or popcorn flavor) with a tannic, and bitter flavor in the sauce or on the dough during cooking. To this day, I question, how he even managed to do that and it gives me chills just to think about it. Actually, I should rate this review higher. As a person that appreciates and enjoys good food you can make at home or get from a quality restaurant; I am truly impressed that this business produced a pizza that tasted like literal garbage. The pizza from this business is situated below the economic rock bottom for quality of Dominos and boarding on what a raccoon would question as a midnight snack. Mind you, this was the first time I ate two pieces of a pizza, and threw the entire remaining pie in the trash. I would rate this lower than a restaurant that served me 8 month old freezer burned ribs. I wish I had the vocabulary to describe that what I was served and ate, "didn't taste like food." Something that I also need to mention is that his business does not take any form of electronic payment, only cash or "personal checks." If you can't understand the owner's rambling at the end of the call when placing the order, he wants you, when you arrive to pick up your order, to walk or drive across the street to a gas station, to pay a fee and withdrawal money from an ATM machine and walk/ drive back over to pay for your "gruel." An expectation that 90% of his potential market is not expecting. Is this why they have such great reviews, are people just infatuated with a business that only takes cash? I'd rather eat boot leather boiled in a quality chicken broth, served by a bum in the street, over my experience with this restaurant and the food I was served. Something has to change here. NOTHING about this restaurant is sustainable or good. I would rate it lower, if I could. Advice to the owner: Make a quality product or turn the key and close down shop, Fucking disgusting.

It has been a bit since I wrote a review but I think this place is a good one to start back up…read morewith. We live in the Robinson area and usually drive to the city for the fancier pizza options. I heard about this place a few times and was interested in trying it. Since it was a weeknight, I did not want to drive in rush hour traffic so we thought this would be the perfect time to try this place. We got a lot of food. We started with their Bacon Cheese Fries (would have been better fresh so that the cheese wasn't hardened over the fries) and Mozzarella Wedges. My fiance loved the Mozzarella Wedges - reminded me of the ones at Primanti's. My son, of course, wanted a simple pizza so we ordered the Traditional Pizza with Pepperoni. He really liked it - it has a garlic butter crust which took it up a notch, in my opinion. I decided to try two speciality pies: Margherita and Aroma Mia. They were both good - if you're looking for something different, the Aroma Mia is great! The Margherita was good too but the fresh mozzarella cooled down/hardened enough on our 15 minute drive home that it didn't come off in bites. (Not saying this in a negative way - still tasted great but would have been better to each fresh out of the oven. The only item that wasn't up to par was my fiance's Steak Hoagie. He got double meat and isn't a picky eater but felt for the price, it wasn't worth it. He said the steak reminded him of gyro meat texturally which weirded him out. He still ate it but said that if we went back here, he would just order pizza. The downside? It's only takeout and delivery. There's a small table in there to wait for your food but that's it. If there's one thing I'd change, it would be that. I think when you make specialty pizza, it's so much better to eat fresh vs. placing it into a box to have sit in your car until you arrive home. To wrap the experience up, I'm glad I went. Was it pricy? Yes. But did we get a ton of food? Yes. 2 appetizers, 3 small pizzas and a steak hoagie ended up being about $100. For a small town, it's a lot. However, I would go back again and just order less food. If you're ever near the airport/Robinson and want a good pizza on the go, I'd recommend trying it out. Hopefully one day they can grow and find a way to add some tables. I think this place can be a hit!
