Oreo Waffle / Shrimp

My Fiancée and I ate here and we loved it ! The waffle was great , everything was great. We will definitely return

Shrimp and grits(small portion) 2 turkey sausages, funnel cake with powdered sugar, virgin Pina colada(medium size)

I was interested in trying something new. I decided on Kori's Eat, just to change things up a bit. What I ordered was delicious and well seasoned. I'm referring to the shrimp and grits along with the turkey sausage. The funnel cake was ok, but it could have been a bit more softer and warm. I had a virgin, Pina Colada. It was cold and sweet. The food portions were small, but it was filling. The meal I had is something I would recommend except for the funnel cake. Maybe it was an off day for funnel cake for them...haha.

Great food as always and second time ordering now, the Oreo waffles I really enjoyed!

This was the fried chicken with Oreo and Cinnamon waffle. Jamiacan cola a plus. The breading on the chicken was real good.

ordered both fried chicken & chicken finger waffle platters and both tasted GREAT. Resturant doesn't look all that great but the food was real good!

The picture tells it all, but I went to eat my food and this is what I saw. I couldn't believe that someone would pack this in my food. It just makes me feel like their kitchen isn't clean.

RAIN BOW WAFFLE WITH CHICKEN TENDERS

Cheesecake waffles and Garlic parm wings

Auto gratuity for a takeout order??? Kori's might want to rethink that....especially if I have to go back and remind u that u forgot my drink. The cheesecake chicken and waffles with Parmesan wings was good, although the cheesecake waffles were better than the garlic Parmesan wings. $44 for 2 orders is too pricey but its the weird combos and waffles that make this place worth trying at least once

Mango Habanero Wings

I've purchased food from here additional times. I was told the chicken wings and tenders were good. The dish that I did eat was the waffles which were fluffy and a unique spin on waffles! Loved it. It was nicely packed with the necessary toppings and sauces. Really enjoyed the waffles. Support this small business!

Two pieces of oxtail in the $14 stew peas.

Prices are ridiculous now. $14 for stew peas with TWO pieces of oxtail. I asked how many pieces and she said four. Got home and of course it's only TWO like I thought. Complete rip off!

Chicken and Milk Chocolate Waffle Kori's(new)

I have ordered from Kori's a few times. Can't go wrong with the chicken and waffles !! Especially the cookies and cream and the toffee /milk chocolate. They taste amazing. I made the mistake of ordering the mint one and a spiced pumpkin before and I should of just stuck to my regular. The aftertaste was terrible. Aside from that , the mozzarella sticks are also pretty decent . The kids platter is really cute also and a good amount served with the half waffle.

I'm used to getting ravioli from an Italian Superstore that's dotted across Long Island. Good? Yeah maybe but what I grew up with? Nah. I'm in The Bronx and I'm going to stop at Borgatti's Ravioli for our Sunday dinner. Walking into the store, it's very small. There are high glass partitions, no touching just pointing. I see the various pastas and ravioli but I want the big suckas. Small ravioli? C'Mon! I made the best red sauce that I will drown these raviolis in a sea of tomatoes. The small raviolis just can't swim in my pot! The older gentleman behind the counter asks if he can help me. I ask him to open the box and actually show me the larger ravioli. Oh baby, they are large and in charge. Why I walked out with one box still boggles my mind because I should have bought 3. I'm not in the area too often and the extra boxes would have carried me through the winter. I hand over my cash and the gentleman says God Bless to me. I'm not getting blessings on Long Island! When I came home, my wife made the perfect Sunday dinner. Those raviolis came straight from the 70s. Simply perfect. God Bless us, everyone.

Well let me tell you...I'm glad I went in. This is a truly an authentic and fully stocked Italian deli. Once you walk in...the aroma of pecorino romano and parmigiano cheese just hits you and boy does it smell good! You have a great assortment of pasta, canned goods, jarred goods and packaged Italian delicacies. The deli has a very nice and large assortment of Italian and American cold-cuts and there is plenty to choose from (imported cheeses, mortadella and prosciutto) just to name a few. They have a nice steam table with an assortment of hot food and dishes to choose from. Too many to mention. They have fresh mozzarella (which they make in the back) salted and unsalted, freshly made Italian sausage (hot and sweet), scamorza (dried mozzarellas) and a wonderful selection of all kinds of olives. They also have a nice selection of breads to buy. Not to mention their Italian pastries, cakes and boxed panettones that they display nicely on their countertops. I decided to order a prosciutto, mozzarella and roasted pepper hero with a side of cucumber with tomato salad. And I ordered a small tray of lasagna and a couple of rice balls (arancini) and a dish of broccoli rabe to take home. This place is cozy, has a lot of Italian foods to choose from and the clerks behind the counter were all very polite and helpful. This is truly a great little gem for this area. Great Italian deli! I highly recommend them.......

I tried to get a description of the menu items but he wasn't able to help and Noone in the resturant chimed in to assist despite being in earshot. The food was okay, a bit pricey. I ordered the kids size pasta with ravioli and buttersage for 12bux. I told the cashier I wanted a thick creamy sauce and her said yes but upon getting the order I realized he didn't understand me. The meal was edible but I have had good pasta and this would not be at the top of my list. If you have allergies I would be careful eating here as they also seem to struggle with separating food. I say this because as I was chewing I realized I was chewing on something and it seemed to be a piece of uncooked chicken. Would I eat here again? No but if you want a simple pasta meal go for it .

I thought the fettuccine could have been slightly chewier. My friend ordered rigatoni with the norma sauce, and she enjoyed it as well. Cheese is extra $ but a sprinkle of Parmesan was provided for free! Our meal also came with a slice of bread while we waited for our pasta. Our food came quickly, and the space was lovely and clean. We enjoyed our meal here and would return again to try the other pastas and sauces!

That being said, I think these guys have broken the curse. The pizza is great, from the sauce to the crust & down to the price (compared to the last place). The service is also great, friendly & easy going workers. I've only eaten here about 4 times, but they have yet to disappoint. Aside from the pizza, I've ordered buffalo wings with fries. The wings were great. Not dry but not too saucy either. You can choose from mild or spicy, I chose spicy. They could have been spicier, but that's just my personal opinion. The fries were homemade, not frozen, which surprised me. I loved that they had some skin on them as well. Lastly, I have to comment about the appetizers/ dessert. The garlic knots are 5 for $1.00, cheapest in the neighborhood. The zeppoles are 4 for $1.00 and don't disappoint (fried pizza dough with powdered sugar). My fave were the cinnamon twist, which is fried pizza dough dusted with cinnamon & sugar. These were 4 for $1.00, and they are pretty big. They look like little ropes with a knot in the middle.
