I think her name is Rosie. She works out of chair 9 - she is great. Does an amazing job! Doesn't matter if you have an appointment if their busy you'll wait. That being said I was really excited to leave a review because that's Why I went!! Unfortunately, I didn't get Rosie yesterday and the poor girl who did my nails clearly didn't k so what she was doing! My nails are filed down with the electric file that my nails don't have a natural bow any more. They are so thin they hurt! I should have known better and waited but I didn't want to be a pain. I told her not cut my cuticles. Thank goodness.. they wanted me to pay for a manicure but she didn't do a massage or even put lotion on! It was a polish change!! Very disappointed Take away! The service was quick and easy for this set it was 55$ with a 5$ tip for acrylic. He was very professional and got it done in about 45 minutes. They're very sleek and long lasting. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and taken care of. Absolutely will visit again for halloween . read more

Staff was very pushy. I did not want gel and 2 manicurists kept insisting. I did not oblige. When asked which pedicure I wanted I asked how long the massage portion is for each one and was told for number 11 it was a 40 minute massage. It was not a 40 minute massage, it was a 10 minute massage and it was done so poorly. Inexperienced staff. This was my third time going and each experience was poor. Sloppy nail polish job. Personally I think from stories and experiences from others and my own that this is the best place in Pullman to get your acrylic nails done. I have been there for multiple full and fill sets and they are great and at a good price. The man of station #1 (sorry I would put his name if I knew) is the best there. The other two women there are very good as well. I recommend having a photo of what you would like since it always helps both party's having a good idea of what is wanted. They have good color selection and very flexible schedule for emergency walk ins. I think this is a great place to go to for a nice clean acrylic nail set. read more

They made me feel very safe here and did a fantastic job on my nails! As soon as i walked through the door they provided hand sanitizer and took my temperature. Checking in was so easy too. The guy that did my nails was super nice and walked me through all of the steps of what he was doing and made great conversation. So it's hard for me to write a review like this because I normally really love getting my nails done here. There is a girl that normally does my nails and she's amazing/careful/considerate. She was unavailable when I arrived. So I had to get my nails done by a girl who was available which I didn't mind because every other time I've gone I've had no problem here, so there was a sense of trust. This last time was horrible though. To start, before I could even pick a color, I was being forced to give my hands to the girl doing my nails. Being non-confrontational, I was fine with it and figured that I could pick a color after. Then the color picker was taken from me and I expressed that I would still need to pick one, then I was told I only needed one hand to do that. I disagreed because I like to flip through them with both hands and hold on to the ones I like while flipping through it. She let go of my hand and said that I could just pick one. I have anxiety in social situations, but I forced myself to make a quick decision because I felt that I was annoying the nail technician. She started doing my nails and everything was great, she was easy to talk to which was nice. The problem is that when using the dremel and nail file she was also grinding the area where my cuticles/skin were, when she got to the sides of my nails it started to really hurt and I expressed that it was getting sensitive, this was me trying to tell her that it was hurting me. She was careful with that nail for a bit and then it seemed like she would forget that it was hurting and be more forceful again. As she got to the end of using the dremel and nail files, she broke through to my nail bed on my pinky. I tried to make it apparent without being rude that she was hurting me, yet she continued to file and use the dremel in that location. When I was finally done, my nails were in pain and I went to go wash my hands and they were also bleeding. I'm really disappointed because this was my favorite place to go but if they can't be careful not to hurt you it isn't worth the money. You pay a lot to get this luxury service done for you so there is an expected amount of professionalism that should always be present, I should not feel rushed before I have even been in the building for 5 minutes, I should not have to tell you multiple times that you are hurting me for you to stop. I should NEVER be bleeding when I leave. Very disappointed. read more

Awful... I don't know what else to say. I'm a college student here at WSU. So I decide to come here. I was greeted and got sat right away. The nail guy was kind. But my nails are awful. He had to do my left had at least 4 times. He tried to just to just paint over it and call it good but they looked so bad. So he would he redo it and then mess up another nail. On top of that, I've been here for almost two hours . I feel very rushed out. He would keep painting over my nails even tho they weren't dry . Now, the paint is wrinkled cuz the extra amount of paint. This was just an awful experience. read more

I do gel on my both my fingers and toes, and they seem to have the highest quality around here. I'm from the west side and I have to say the nail places here impress me compared to over there! This place is just okay. They're quick and gentle, but sloppy. I came in for a set of acrylics and the cuticles were barely touched before the gel was applied, so it looks uneven and already grown out. Some of the nails were applied slightly crooked. I tried to communicate this to the techs working on me while it was happening, but between the language barrier and the loud environment, I don't think it came across. There's also an extra charge to pay with a card, but the ATM was out of order. I left the salon pretty bummed out; it's just not what I was hoping for. :( read more

I came here for the first time on a Friday morning. It was the best manicure and pedicure I have had in Pullman. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. The total was $70. I got the basic spa treatment. It was great. Each employee was very attentive to detail and took their time. It didn't feel rushed. The location looks new and clean. They have an extensive nail polish collection. The quality of the gel is great. There were no bubbles or chips on my nails. The ambiance was relaxing with massage chairs. I feel like I got the quality of work worth the $70 for gel manicure and gel pedicure. I will be coming back! ***I went today to get a gel pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was just as good. However, the gel manicure was not so good. The guy who did my nails the previous two times was not there. The woman who did my gel manicure was less than stellar when it came to being detail oriented. My nails are rough and not filed as well as they could be. The polish job is incredibly rough. Much nail polish was left on my skin. I don't like to being it up to them but I did this time because it was a world of a difference from the last two experienced. This particular color costs $15 extra, but is so worth it! The girl who did my nails did a fantastic job. She noticed that the polish on my left thumb went on weird, so she took it all off and restarted on that nail. I really appreciated that she made sure each nail was perfect and took her time. First time customer, and I will be returning. I only got a pedicure today, and it's pretty good. I had requested a deluxe pedicure ($35), but I received the basic pedicure ($25)--I claim at least partial responsibility for this because I did not communicate that to my technician when I sat down, though the owner had told him already. I was way too comfortable in the massage chair to really mind, though. The salon is very clean, and it was nice and quiet when I went in at 2:30 on a Wednesday. I've just moved to Moscow from CA and was worried at the bad reviews at most of the nail salons, but this is well worth the trip over into WA! The quality is pretty average for a decent nail salon, but they were very polite and had good customer service. My only complaint would be that they didn't clean around my nails after the polish, but it isn't that messy and I can't do it at home. It's pretty small as far as complaints go! Note: there is a baby and a dog who were wandering around, but both were small, quiet and well behaved so no nuisance there! Again, will be returning! read more

I've been here a few more times since my initial review and I think they do a good job. Prices are reasonable, and I always get the same guy doing my nails and he does a good job and pays close attention to detail. I tend to go for a clear/natural color and square/squoval shape and he did an especially nice job on my last visit. In the past my experiences have been hit or miss but I think it depends on when you go in/how busy they are. All in all I do think this is the best nail salon in the area and i would recommend it above all other places in Pullman/Moscow! read more

It's really annoying because I bring my mom with me and she has a lot of mobility issues. Thus why I make appointments. Having to wait 30-40 minutes past our appointment time causes problems. And when they are that busy they rush you through, especially on a pedi. I'm a loyal customer for many years and I tip more than 20% usually. I'll be rethinking that. read more

The facility has taken protective measures for COVID putting up barriers between customers and the staff. The service was excellent and friendly. 1) The salon is very clean 2) friendly 3) decent price 4) best coffin acrylic shape by far (in Pullman/Moscow) I can't give a full 5 stars ONLY because my experiences are great depending on which nail tech does my nails. The only time I have had a crummy experience was when a nail tech kept buffing my real nails (before applying the fake nails and acrylic powder) and didn't pay any mind that i was in pain, even after informing the tech, she just kept continuing. This has happened to my friends as well, with the same nail tech....it really just depends on who you get during walk ins or be aware of which nail tech you want to make appointments with. read more
