Went there to have nail tips removed. Terrible, painful experience. They used other tips to remove the tips! Not normal or what other professionals recommend!There was no soaking involved or refining afterward. I had to go home and finish "sanding" my nails because they left so much gel on them still. read more

I've gotten my nails done here for over a year now, and I have to say, I always leave happy. Both Luna and Kevin do an amazing job. They both are extremely thoughtful, have a high attention to detail, and always take their time to perfect their craft. I am extremely rough on my nails, so my nails get quite a beating between work and art projects for school. They always hold on strong until I go in for a fill. They use quality products and it shows. I literally will not go anywhere else. I have never been to a nail salon that I can trust as much as this one. I love pro nails and appreciate all of their hard work in their dedication to their business. They are particular and picky with the people they hire and for good reason. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. I got the dip manicure, and the deluxe pedicure. I am impressed with the dip manicure - it's been 2 weeks and my nails still look fantastic! The pedicure was wonderful it came with a "kit" of items they used for my service and I was given a moisturizing cream to take home. The fresh citrus smell was pleasant while I had my service and I enjoyed the citrus cream that they gave me. I'd definitely recommend this place for a mani or pedi. I was a walk in but, it appeared most people had appointments. If you're able to call ahead you may consider this, the salon was quite busy! read more

Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait at least an hour. While you wait no one really acknowledges you, updates you on how much longer till they will get to you, NOTHING. If you have places to be don't come here. There were about 12 people with 4 technicians. Besides my pedicure was fine... not really much of a massage or anything and no menu with options. read more

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any beauty salon in my life. Came in with my family the day before a huge wedding for two manicures and a pedicure, hoping for a little R&R and bonding time before the festivities started. We booked appointments days in advance and showed up right on time. Everyone was really looking forward to it! The man kept my mom waiting for an hour and ten minutes, allowing walk in after walk in to sit down and get worked on before her. We all were nothing but kind and understanding as we know they probably work long hours and it was a hot summer day. However, she was utterly and completely ignored by the a$$hole owner despite him knowing that she had booked an appointment well ahead of time. My poor brother was never greeted or acknowledged. (After begging him to go with us and give a pedicure a shot, I doubt he'll ever go with me again) When the man finally graced me with his presence after over an hour of sitting in the corner, I asked him not to cut my nails multiple times and he shooed me away while cutting them all anyways and telling me that he wasn't cutting my nails. (Then please explain to me sir why you have nail clippers chopping away at my natural nail tips???) He then attempted to pry my existing dip manicure off with a piece of plastic by wedging it between my cuticle and the dip powder that was cemented on. When I winced in pain and told him he was hurting me (I was literally sweating) he told me that he didn't have time to remove my existing set the "right way" because he was "too busy" and "it would take him an hour and a half". He then went on to tell me that I was an inconvenience to him and that I somehow should have anticipated that they would have been so busy and called ahead to tell them (that I was an inconvenience?? I don't even know?). Then like some perverted punishment for telling him I was in pain, the sick man went on some kind of a power trip and made me get up and move chairs three different times in 5 minutes for absolutely no reason - he wasn't alternating in another guest (like my poor ignored mom who was a sitting right next to him) or cleaning, answering the phone, etc. He just stood behind his station watching me and ordering me around in front of the full salon. We ended up having to leave with nothing on my nails and my mom's poor hands literally untouched. I am so disappointed because I have only had the best of experiences at Pro Nails in the past. Being back in town again from the east coast I just wanted to treat my sweet family and have a nice little outing together. Unfortunately we left incredibly disappointed - my mom with bare hands and me with several less layers on my unpolished and shredded nails due to this salons barbaric method of dip nail removal. Save your money, save your nails, go to literally anywhere else (unless, of course, you're looking for someone to ignore you, hurt you, and verbally berate you - in that case this place is your wet dream). read more

GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Save yourself from this place. The people that work here are not friendly or kind at all. They do rough work, make snarky comments, and hardly take suggestions when they are working on YOUR nails. They do whatever they want, not what the customer wants. If you do find yourself there after this comment, be sure to ask for one of the ladies. My friend had one of the gals and said she was better, but the male that did my manicure was cruel. NO TIP and definitely no more of my money will be spent there. read more

If I could leave two reviews, the first one (just after getting acrylic nails done here) would have been 5 stars. It was my first time in several years getting acrylics. The young man who put them on was really kind and gentle. He checked in often to make sure I was happy with the nails and comfortable. The color I had picked was out of order, so he had to offer other options, but he even offered upgrades for free to make up for it. I really loved how they turned out. My second review would be 0 stars. I've always heard that the best way to have acrylics removed is going back to the salon and having them soak in acetone. Since I've had acrylics before I knew that my natural nails wouldn't be in perfect condition after removal, so I was prepared for some roughness. However, when I got to the salon, she told me she was going to use another fake nail to pry mine off. I asked her if that would do major damage to my nails. She said no, and that I should tell her if it hurt and we'd try something else. By the second nail I told her that it was hurting me, and I repeated it 3. MORE. TIMES. She never stopped, never tried anything else, never even gave more of a response than "Hmm." I could see layers of my natural nails coming off with the acrylics despite her promising it wouldn't do a lot of harm. By the time it was over I just wanted to cry, so I turned down her offer to trim and "bevel" what was left of my paper thin nails. I was so worried about her continuing to hurt my hands that I preferred to do it at home myself (like I should have done for the whole process). She told me I didn't have to pay, probably because I was already almost in tears. I'm even more sad about this experience because I had such a good time getting them on, but now I'm left feeling like I never want acrylics again. I certainly will not be returning to Pro Nails as long as she's working there. read more

Unfortunately they use cheap nail polish, so the manicure/pedicure starts to come off within days. Not worth it.

Went here for the first time today. I was so impressed. My nails look BETTER than the picture I brought and Luna was so polite and gentle with my nails. She checked with me often to make sure my nails were what I wanted and also didn't over price them and told me the price BEFORE she finished my nails to make sure the price was ok too. They were also so smooth and absolutely no flaws that I could see and I'm pretty picky. I notice everything. I thought she was great and I'll definitely be going back. This will be my new nail tech for sure. She was and is the most detail oriented nail tech I've ever been to and I've been getting my nails done for over a 10 years now. I got a full new set of acrylics with an ombre look and she used two different colored acrylics. They are so great!! read more

Made an appointment at 5pm for a pedicure. Arrived at 5pm. I was greeted and walked to the pedicure station and sat in the recliner. I was asked what color I wanted for my toes and I told her white. I continued to sit there for over 15 minutes when another customer came in for her 5 o'clock appointment. She got seated to the adjacent chair to my left. They asked her too what color she wanted. They later proceeded to set her up with nice warm water to soak her feet, etc. Mind you I too had an appointment at 5, arrived on time, and have been sitting there with no water to soak my feet or anything just sat there in the recliner... I thought that maybe okay they got to her and they will do me next. Fine... but no that is not at all why happened... Another young lady walked in at her 530 apt.. and again got serviced before me. At this point it is past 530 and I was sitting there with not water to soak my feet or any service. Frankly no one spoke to me other then when I initially came in. Now I understand they were very busy, but what was extremely upsetting is that I had an appointment at 5pm and they decided to service two other ladies before me although I arrived before them and for 1 of them my appointment was set earlier. For this reason, I walked out of the establishment and will never come back. read more
