Scored at 4.5 stars. Definitely a fan to come into Kommon Thread and talk shop with the team and address questions/issues with a collaborative approach. They are located in the onslaught of industrial area buildings on Fender Ave. It helps to track the giant numbers on the buildings to find them. Before finally meeting Kommon Thread I had met with five other vendors. Some were inviting, others seemed disinterested. Ability to scale images was a problem for some, while others were more fluent using Photoshop. The price discrepancy was also massive (almost $10 savings per tee). I appreciate Kommon Thread for being reasonably priced, versatile, and sociable to the client's needs. The team helped me with options and color schemes that would work. The DTG printing was top notch as well, which was a major issue with other vendors I worked with along the way. Customer Advice: Double check measurements. I know we get caught up in the excitement of seeing a project finally printed and tangible, that we may omit the details. There were measurement issues that were addressed and fixed, but I failed to do my due diligence on the backside of the tee and noticed more measurement discrepancies there too. As long as you bring it up on the following print, then adjustments will be made. Leo is a cool cat and is willing to address problems with great customer service. read more

I figured the Yelp reviews were great so I'd try them out. They were super quick with responding to me via the messaging feature. He was able to accommodate my invoice that same day & said he'd have it by end of day Tuesday! Come Tuesday, I asked my husband to pick it up because I was caught up at work. I needed 30 hoodies to be printed up for my clothing brand, Leo and Javier are extremely helpful and they gave me pointers/tips on how to improve my products and what not. I'm extremely blessed to have the opportunity to work with them, great business, great screen printing and DTG, if you have a printing job that needs to be done, these are the people you should be working with. They're super professional and easy to work with, only caveat is that their turnaround time is a bit longer than some of the print shops I've worked with in the past, but all I have to say is that you can't rush perfection. read more

Wonderful and fast service! I needed to have 4 printed shirt done by the end of the day. I called them about my potential order, emailed them my design at 2:15pm day of, dropped my shirts off at 3:15pm, and they finished my order by 4:00pm! It was fast and easy. They were also extremely nice enough to help recreate my design to make the quality better within that timeframe. I brought in my own shirts but they also provide and sell shirts for a decent/cheap price. The total price of my order was affordable and cheaper than the other places I researched around the area. They were also the only location in the area that accepted my last minute order! They're a bit hard to find when you drive there but they're in the back. I called them when i was in the area and they came out to find me which was nice of them! They're like 5 minutes from CSUF. This is my first time writing a review on Yelp. As a matter of fact, I created my account for the very purpose of making sure that this company gets the kudos that they deserve. While vacationing in California, I wanted to get a last-minute personalized gift of tote bags with a photo of myself and my 4 sisters on it. I found Kommon Thread online. They were able to take my order over the phone for pick up the next day! Tani was so helpful and quick with getting back to me. She mentioned that people don't usually do photos on tote bags anymore and that she thought it was a great idea. I told her that it meant so much to me because my eldest sister has just been diagnosed with lung cancer and I thought that she could use the tote bag to put things in it while she started her chemo and radiation. When I picked up my order the next day, of course they were perfect! Great quality bags with a clear photo on each. They included a care package of things that my sister could use while at chemo. I could not believe it. They put things in there not even related to their business. It's as if they went to a pharmacy and asked for things that my sister would need to help ease her therapy sessions such as lotions, lip balm, anti-nausea candy, just to name a few. I was balling as I opened the box. To top things off, there was a personalized card of encouragement for my sister that their staff all signed. When I returned home and gave my sister her gift and told her the story behind it, she smiled and cried as she read their card. I don't write reviews often, but Kommon Thread deserves the 5 stars. I messaged several places in the area to get a quote for 4 T-shirt's in different sizes to be made. Kommon Thread was the first to respond. Out of all the places I messaged they were also the best price and could do it within a week. All the other places wanted higher quantities, were higher priced or could not do my order in time. Kommon Thread had it done within two business days. Way before I needed it. They also had different sizes for Men's, Women's and Youth. I was expecting to just get a generic white t shirt that was just a smaller version of the men's but they had a more fitted women's version which I love! My order was pretty much all done through email. Their invoicing and payment process is super easy. I went in to pick it up my order and they even included a cute keychain.
