First of all we got a small complimentary bowl of cold soybeans. They were very crunchy and quite refreshing with a hint of sesame. I ordered some Miso soup as an appetiser and it was very good! Only thing I have to complain about is I feel like the Miso soup was too salty. Now on to the great main course! I ordered a large variety of sushi as my meal to give the place a sushi test run and I must say I was very, VERY pleased with the results! All of the sushi had fresh and delicious vegetables consisting with absolutely great quality fish. The entire plate was wonderfully decorated and each piece of sushi had its own magic. I ended up ordering too much and had to take some home with me! A lot of the sushi had very good flavour compatibility with each other, my personal favourite being fried white fish with Cucumber and avocado. It was simply an experience. The place had a great ambience to it, consisting of a classic yet modern look with touches of Japanese culture. The serving staff were also really great! Spoke multiple languages and was very friendly to my requests! A very soft music plays in the background and sets a great relaxed mood. Prices aren't extreme! considering the amount of sushi you get for what you pay and especially how good it is! All in all this place is a perfect place to get some sushi if you are heading from Nürnberg to Fürth or vice versa, either public or private transportation it is a great place to stop and try, I know I will be stopping by again!
