Davey, Natasha and their team have consistently been so responsive, receptive, and do amazing work…read more From the moment I first reached out and inquired, they showed passion and attentiveness to details. They always honor their work and word even with little touch ups or concerns. I have noted that they find the time to work with their clients to address their wants and needs. They performed a full color change PPF on my corvette c8 back in Fall 2024, and I loved their work and team so much I brought my other vehicle the next year. I have always been bit particular with some parts especially minor bubbles, lifting or creases. This is due to my prior experiences with vinyl wrap and detailing, which are expected. The notable thing here is Davey always did his best to listen and acknowledge + perform touch ups to key areas of concern with follow up appointments or whenever I reached out. Even with some conflicting schedules, they did their absolute best to accommodate. In addition to Empire Custom Wraps consistently performing high quality work, they do a variety of services, have a waiting lounge and are easy to get along with. I have also attended some of their hosted events and they were fun, engaging and just a great time. This as well as with many other reasons are why I brought back my other vehicle to them, refer others and always keep them in mind. They always keep their clients at the center of their services, perform amazing work, and most importantly are passionate and communicative. They did an exceptional job on my 2022 Tesla Model 3. It was previously wrapped in 3M Vinyl since June of 2022. I reached out, collaborated with Davey + Natasha regarding a specific color I wanted, and they confirmed they had worked with that material before, and would update me when the PPF arrived so I can plan my drive down from San Jose. Yes I drove both my cars, all the way from the Bay Area to them. That's how great Empire Custom Wraps are! They removed my Tesla's old Vinyl, reported there were no issues with that and performed full color PPF Change. After a few months I drove down for a touch up and despite them being very busy that day, Davey made it a promise that he would do this for me before I drove up. They even invited me to some of their hosted events and ask if I'm in town to bring this car to help showcase their work. This shows how much they care about each vehicle they wrap. The value you get out of a service that they perform is well worth it. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. The work they do is difficult and requires very careful attention to detail, body lines, the type of product they use and so much more.

They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P

Initially, PPF was installed to the front of the car. Having the PPF on the car makes washing the car so much easier! The water just beads right off. I recently realized that my wrap had come to the end of its life and began the search of looking to…read moreget the old, rusty wrap removed and get a new wrap. So I turned to Yelp and started asking around. That's how I ended up at Nlabs. Right off the bat, Nik was really freaking nice and had me come in asap to get a look at my car and to let me look at all the colors and brands he had available. I went in with a certain color in mind so I looked through ALL of his samples. Multiple times. Gotta give Nik major props for being so kind and patient with me through that in itself lol. He was very honest. He told me the brands he stands by and gave me all the information needed. He was never pushy. I never felt forced or pressured to give him my business. I left that day with a quote and all his contact info. Again, no pressure from him. I left not knowing I would end up getting my car wrapped with him. I went on to get different quotes from different businesses. Most of them made it sound like removing the old wrap was going to be a huge hassle. And you know what, maybe it was, but either way it had to get done. Not long after, I ended up reaching out to Nik again. I cannot stress how freaking kind and accommodating this guy is! That's mainly why I ended up going with him. And because he seems to have a true passion for what he does. And because he was very informative about every thing. And because he seemed as excited to wrap my baby as I was lol. The car turned out AMAZING! I got a color completely different from what I had in mind but my gosh it's beautiful. I've already gotten several compliments out and about. Nik kept me in the loop the whole time he had my car. Even after delivery, I'm still in contact with him. I've taken the car once so he could wash it for the first time and look for anything he felt needed to be gone over again. He told me to contact him again if I need to take the car in to fix any bubbles or anything that might arise the longer the wrap sits. The last wrap place never did this. I cannot stress enough what an amazing choice it was to take my car here with Nik and his team. If you're looking to get your vehicle wrapped or rewrapped or just removal please go see Nik. You will not regret it. Excellent customer service!!! 11/10 would recommend
