I showed him a couple of images on my phone and they were squared as photos or photos like images will be on the phone, and I expressed him that I did not want that squared up look that picture frame type look and he assure me that it would be blended in to the shirts only had two shirts, two different designs. He told me 3 business days I waited five and I called him back this morning at 11:30. They said it would be they would be ready by 3:30. I waited until 415 and I called back.The Man asked me if I had if I could resend the image of one of the shirts that I want printed and I asked them what happened they were emailed to you both images. What happened to them? He claimed someone must have taken them and put it in their own personal file. He said one shirt was ready and the other file was misplaced or something and then asked me to hold on for a quick minute which I said fine! Had me on hold for 30 minutes I drove all the way 30 minutes to the to the business only for him to bring the shirts out and I'm still on hold when I walked in the store he brought the shirts out and they were squared and I asked him why were they squared and he told me that that's the only way that they can. That's the way they're gonna come out because that's the way the picture was and then we went back-and-forth and why would you tell me that it wouldn't be squared that it would be blended into the shirt so that it wouldn't look like that so .not only were they late ,but they're inconsistent first impression is last impression so beware this is active impressions. Beware there are entirely too many other businesses around that will treat you fairly. STAND CLEAR!! So for some ungodly reason, the manager or whoever he says he is decides to reply to my review in a manner in which it makes them look like the victim. Hmmmm.... I never spoke to this person once! Only the person that I placed the order with and there was absolutely no mention of any artist consulting or redesigning or anything of the sort! The person that took the order and the money answered all questions with reassurance that the shirts would not come out that way and how it's only square like that on the photo, but for sure would blend in the perimeter, and this was with confidence! As for phone attempts to re-request the file? What since would it make for me to not respond? I already paid! How did they get separate files that were sent together? They flat out lied, dropped the ball and what took so long to contact me if they are being truthful which they are not. And it is very easy to manufacture stories to your benefit when you are trying to protect your business, but right is right! I didn't even demand my money back which I should have, but these were strictly quality samples for me as I expressed in the beginning. This was an honest attempt to share a real business experience, but just a really bad taste in the mouth. A measly 64 dollars it cost to not ever do business here again.

The pictures will speak for themselves but here is some context. I've been printing my own shirts…read morefor more than a year now in small quantities and decided to hire someone to do the job so i could focus on marketing. I went to guardian of bravery because its close to home and the reviews were great. I decided to trust him and paid in advance without seeing samples (big mistakes). I placed a $1700 order ($1000 clothes bought separately + $700 print). I went to get my clothes and am appalled by the quality of the screen printing. Details dont look sharp at all, its just... messy and sloppy. And my design is quite simple... There is cracks in the ink on some of the shirts already and when i stretch the shirt it cracks everywhere very easily. Good quality screen printing doesnt crack no matter how much you stretch the shirt (attached pic of a blue shirt made by another company stretched to the max). He gave me excuses saying it was because of the fabric of the shirt. These are bella canvas and next level, and not the cheapest ones at all... and they never gave me any issues whatsoever in the past. And if you cant print correctly on this shirt for whatever reason, you call the customer to explain the problem, show what it looks like, or send a picture. You dont do a bad job on 128 shirts and then give excuses on why it looks terrible. Joseph also charged me for removing 1 of the 2 tear away labels on the neck. (I like to remove the label that has the brand of the shirt, but keep the one that has the size and material infos.) The labels are tear away, made to be taken off easily, ive done it plenty of times, its not hard to do if you are a bit careful. He did such a bad job some labels are completely missing so i dont even know what size the shirt is. And some are half ripped (attached pictures) making once again my brand look extremely unprofessional. He said he has been doing this since 2012, but i cant understand how he is still in business. I dont want to look like a cheap brand, I cant send this to my customers, its just too bad on too many levels. i just took a $1700 hit when i absolutely cant afford it as my business is still fairly new. Do not use this business to help you grow yours, it will do quite the opposite.
