I called quite a few shops, I either got a "no", or a quote that will cost me a small fortune. Only Season Screen Printing took on my request right away at a very very very reasonable price, and even helped me to do the color separation (not something that they normally do). When I stopped by the shop to give them a deposit, they explained to me how the printing will be done, the size of the logo on the t-shirt, t-shirt size etc etc. Initially I was a little worry about the fading colors in the logo, but they assured me that it will come out alright. 2 days later, waalaaa! My order was delivered on-time with IMPRESSIVE QUALITY. The company logo came out perfect and exactly the same as the digital version. My friends and I were so happy with the t-shirts!!! After a few email exchanges I placed the order and within 10 days received my sweaters in time to wrap and place under the tree. The family loved the sweaters. We wear them constantly, even now. They're super comfy and even after several washes the iron on has remained intact. This is our third time ordering from them. Project Details: Single-color Embroidery on Polo shirts…read more TLDR: Things started great, but deadlines kept getting pushed back and ultimately the finished products were not of professional quality. I really wanted to find my go-to spot for all my merch needs because I have multiple clients/vendors with year-round requests, and I was delighted to meet Kolton as he was very knowledgeable and energetic when I first met him in the shop. He helped me source the type of shirts I wanted, even ordering samples for me to check out in-person, and I was pleased with his pricing as well. I could not have asked for a better start. Unfortunately, as you may have guessed from my rating, things started to go downhill once it was time for production. The common theme was inconsistency: 1) Communication was random -- via calls, texts, and voice messages, it was difficult to find out the status of my order. Twice I even drove to the shop before their closing hours so that I could find out in the flesh, but on both occasions the store closed early without any notice. 2) Deadline was delayed multiple times -- Kolton had informed me that he would be going out of town but ensured me that my order would be completed before he left. When the planned date of completion had come, I hadn't heard from him all day so I called near end of day to ask for a status update; he asked if he could get the order completed after his vacation because he didn't have enough time. Even though this was upsetting, I told him it was fine - we've all been there with deadlines, so I gave him another chance. Fast forward to his return from vacation, my order was still not done until a week after it was promised it would be completed. 3) Finished product was not professional quality -- I had ordered a simple single-color embroidery on polo shirts, and I was shocked to see the inconsistent stitching from one shirt to the next for nearly every single shirt. I figured with all the time that was spent on the job, that the shirts would come out amazing... but it looked as if he rushed throughout the entire process. They did not look the same as the initial sample shirts that were shown to me at the beginning of the project, so I felt misled. From seeing the majority of positive reviews for this shop, I am very confused as to why my own experience was much different even though I was respectful, remained patient, and the complexity of my request was quite standard and simple.
