I moved to the South Gate area about a year ago and I was struggling to find a good barber shop for my son. I had tried a handful of barber shops and they would not leave my sons hair right until I found this location && this is the only location I will be bringing my son to moving forward. Jess or Juan depending on who is available cut my son's hair and they leave my son's hair perfect. They always listen to what I ask for as well as listen to any styles my son requests. Kolores dept what a vibe this place is. Right when you walk in ,you feel welcome! Its a really fun and family type of atmosphere with dope lighting haha. The only barbershop i go to - even though i live 45 mins away. Service is always top notch and sal( chava) always goes above and beyond on what type of haircut i want. He even goes the extra mile by showing me new products i can use on my hair.(I went to this guy for my wedding cut so that should say something!! ) All the barbers keep their areas clean. Even the bathroom! They also offer you a drink (beer, soda, or water) while your getting cut or waiting. If you re trying to find a new place for a barbershop . This is it. read more

Since I have started going with Chris he's always kept it professional by being on time and ensuring he delivers the best service possible. I have not been disappointed with the service provided. One thing about Chris is that he is well attentive to his customers needs and wants. He's the only one that l've gone to and requested for my year old son's hair to be cut and not give excuses or complain about cutting kids hair. Others have told me they don't cut kids hair because they move too much or want to charge more because the kids "move to much" but not Chris, he takes care of business. I needed a cut badly for a job interview and Chava came in clutch and was able to squeeze me in and went above and beyond to make sure I was right before the big day. The whole staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed, it wasn't one of those situations where you meet a staff and it's awkward as a new client. I definitely recommend getting a cut here.
