Just went there and the lady couldn't be more unhelpful... First of all she was on the phone then when she finally helped me she continued to help other tanning customers as they walked in.. Didn't even apologize like "sorry just a moment" nope, nothing just continued to prioritize other customers... When I finally purchased the spray tan she gave me no instruction whatsoever on how to use the machine. 2 stars bc the price was only $24. We will see how the tan turns out... (I got the clear one) definitely will not be back read more

Unreasonable membership. Went there last year to get a base tan. After i was finished i had my account frozen which meant i would be charged $3 a month until i unfroze it. Went to do it a few days ago and the $36 that was accumulated could not be towards the $76.99 unlimted tanning debit system i was on before. I could not use the $36 for anything unless i unfroze my account which would cost me $76.99. After talking circles with the employee i decided it was best to completely cancel my account all together. I signed the form to cancel and was told that since i hadnt cancelled by the 18th my account would be charged $3 again. I cut my losses. HOWEVER....i just checked my bank account and i was charged wrongfully the $76.99!!! I will be calling them first thing in the morning! I was already unsatisfied, that is why i cancelled my membership, but this....?This sounds fraudulant and i am very upset. read more

Found this place thanks to "my community guide" signed up to get their texts and I got a free tan in a level 4 bed!! I was scared I was going to burn but the girl told me it would only bronze me so I gave it a try and I'm so glad she recommended it because I love what it did to the color of my skin! Staff is always so friendly, everything is always clean and I always look forward to the complimentary jolly rancher! Not to mention hey have a great variety of beds and the staff is very knowledgeable about them and they'll point you in the right direction. First off my favorite thing about this tanning salon is that it's airconditioned! I love getting out of the beds into nice cool air. I never have time to get my tan on at the beach, and the last thing I wanted to do after working a 9 hour day is go lay in a tanning bed and get all hot and sweaty. The girl at the counter was nice and professional. I liked the Level 4 bed. Me and my boyfriend bought a package of 5 to share to try it out. The prices are a little high but the quality was worth it and the specials are great because you get a fair price with that! I definitely will be coming back! read more

I came here as a new customer about a week or so ago. I did the week for $20 promo. It started off a bit rocky as when I was sent back to my room I turned the bed on and looked at it and it was still dirty from the last tanner. When I said something to the front desk lady she said maybe it was forgotten the night before and it was reset anyways to clean status. I told her thats really not an excuse im just glad I noticed it. She did apologize cleaned it twice for me. Half way through I noticed my one side of my face wasnt as warm as the other well needless to say the face tanner on that side went out. I again let the front desk lady know. She was super sweet about everything and gave me a free upgrade. I went back for my third visit and the beds face tanner on the one side was still out so they again upgraded me. The customer service here at this location is awesome. Theres no arguments or any questions about anything. Everyone ive come across has been super nice and more then helpful with things. They are wanting to keep there customers happy so they go above and beyond what they need to and always make sure your walking out with a smile. Signed up as a new member and got a pretty good deal told me that I would pull the money from my account for the three months that I had signed up for at $87.00 a month. What they didn't tell me was it would keep pulling from my account until I canceled my membership...........Ok not a big deal.. I went down the next day and canceled my membership. The lady behind the desk told me I couldn't get my money back because it had already taken it from my account. so no refund not even for the 29 days that I had already paid for. I then had the bright idea that I would let my girl friend use the membership and transfer it over to her name because I hadn't tanned in 2 months but still got charged for the member ship. The same lady behind the desk call the manager to see if it was ok for me to transfer the membership to my girlfriend and was told no...... even though I had already paid the member ship for the next 30 days I couldn't even transfer or get a refund on my money. Horrible way to do business in my eyes. read more
