Larger established shopping centres can be a pain. Finding a lease that fits your budget, then working out how to lay the store out to fit in what you need is a balancing act that confounds most business owners on their best days.
And in the case of this store, this has obviously confounded them - producing a store layout that's hard to get around/in/out of, not customer friendly by any means, and leaves me feeling i'm eating chocolate products in Dracula's basement lare.
It isn't conducive to a premium chocolate experience.
Too many tables have been squeezed in, in weird configurations, that makes if difficult for anyone with a couple of shopping bags, let alone prams or trolleys. And the lighting and extreemly dark woodwork makes it feel dark and dingy.

Yes, you will get good chocolate and chocolate products here - that isn't to be disputed. But if you're going to have an area for people to sit, it needs to be inviting. Otherwise, like me, you'll make dammed sure to drink your hot beverage, scoff your pralines, then get the hell out of there as quickly as possible.
