I walked into Xtraordinary Hair and was warmly greeted by Miss Paula. I wanted to purchase a wig,…read morebut had no idea where to start. Paula quickly helped me by letting me try on different wigs and provided a kind and safe environment. She had a large variety of all kinds of beautiful wigs, it was so hard to choose just one! Once I decided on which wig I wanted, she answered all my questions, helped me learn how to care for the wig, how to put on the wig, and even made sure I knew how to do it myself. She pointed me in the right direction and I am so happy I was able to purchase from her shop. She is extremely kind, personable, and supportive for all different kinds of needs for her clients. I left feeling extremely happy with my purchase and felt like I was genuinely cared for by her. I struggle with trichotillomania and have suffered significant hair loss, which has taken a toll on my self image and confidence. I was really nervous to look at wigs because I didn't know anything about them, but she helped alleviate all my concerns. I now have new confidence after my purchase and felt truly empowered in her shop. I will definitely return here again one day and refer anyone I know who is looking for services her way. Thank you, Paula for your kindness. It truly touched my heart.

I asked how to book and she sent me the link and assisted me in booking the appointment for the 14th. When I brought my son for the appointment on the 14th she stated that the price for the hair style in small is going to be $90. I told her we specifically talked about it and she said "well my prices have changed since then" the only reason I still allowed my son to be serviced is because she would've charged my card half the fee for canceling. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not be returning.

So I decided to style it , applied heat protection and straighten them on low heat to see if the ends will get better They got worst! The hair smelt burnt and the texture felt rough ! I can't get the burnt smell out of my hair Idk if the owner knows but this hair is poor quality ! Do not buy! I got two packs and can't get a refund :( This hair is definitely mixed with synthetic! If you see the pictures below you can see the texture of the hair
