He based that opinion on his skills, professionalism, courteous well-trained staff, beautiful office, first rate equipment (including digital x-rays & digital impressions) and selection of top rated supplies that he orders for his office. After visiting this office on several occasions, I absolutely agree that I've found a dentist I love! Dr. Dave is highly skilled and an all around great guy, easy to talk with and very thorough in all his explanations. I knew before I went to see him that I needed to have a crown done, which was why I wanted a dentist doing digital impressions. From past experience I knew I'm a tough candidate to get a good fit and it can be quite miserable the old fashioned way. I had the best possible experience getting my crown from Dr. Dave! Fit the 1st time and no problems whatsoever! So why 4 stars instead of 5? The only insurance plan this office currently participates in is Delta Dental Premium. Fortunately, it's what I have but it's hard to recommend this amazing dentist to others without voicing that concern.

    I'm very impressed with the service I received at My Best Smile…read more When I called to inquire if they were accepting new patients, the kind receptionist advised me they were, but I wasn't sure if they took my insurance. She took down my insurance information and called my insurance company to confirm, and then she promptly called me back to let me know they accepted my insurance. That was over and beyond my expectations right there. I was able to get an appointment within 1 week, which was also impressive. When I arrived, I was at the wrong side of the building. Make sure to pull around the back of the building to get in to My Best Smile so you aren't walking through the gym in the front of the building. I was greeted by 2 very kind, warm receptionists and promptly taken back to my appointment, where I had the most thorough, yet gentle cleaning I've ever had along with x rays. After the hygienist was finished, the dentist promptly checked my teeth and talked about the practice is more detail. I'm so glad I stumbled upon My Best Smile from my internet search. I had a great experience here and would recommend this practice to family and friends.

    Prefacing this to say I have amazing teeth. It's genetic. I've never had one cavity, never had…read morebraces and my grandmother died with all her own teeth in her mouth. My teeth are very strong and I never have bloody gums or any other issues. I brush twice a day and floss every night before bed. My first visit, they took about a hundred x-rays (excessive), and the dentist did an exam, explained to me she was going to do a cleaning. She then went over the cost of different options and I told her I just wanted a cleaning because that's what my insurance would cover. She did the cleaning and they wanted me to come in a MONTH later for another cleaning (which my insurance doesn't cover). I told them I wouldn't be doing that. I then received a bill in the mail for $120. When calling to complain, they told me they didn't submit it to my insurance. So if I hand't called to complain, I would've been out $120. 6 months later, they called to tell me I was due for my 6 month cleaning (which my insurance covers), so I moved forward with scheduling the appointment. After receiving the date of the appointment I verbally confirmed I was just going to receive a basic cleaning. Lisa then told me a list of things the doctor would need to do. I explained that going to the dentist often feels like going to purchase a used car. All the add-ons and upsells are ridiculous. She interrupted me while I was speaking to further justify the services she previously listed. I waited until she finished and she asked me if I wanted to keep the appointment. I told her to just cancel it and as I was explaining why, she began talking over me and then hung up on me. Real great customer service - NOT. Dealing with a snotty receptionist whilst trying to get a dental appointment is not great service. Nice modern office, but don't charge your customers for unnecessary procedures just to subsidize your decor. And maybe don't put snotty people on your phones when dealing with patients.
