My front tooth had a stain on it and she spent extra time polishing that up for me before the cleaning. The office is located in a "home" type building, so lookout for the big white sign out front. Plenty of on street parking when I went. The waiting room has a Keurig and plenty of kcups to choose from. They offer specialty zoom whitening treatments that I'm definitely considering. Then fit me in early morning a few days later to do a follow-up on me. He always takes the conservative approach so as to not gouge you or your insurance. He tries the least invasive route first and only does more when necessary unlike stories I've heard about other practices. I didn't have many expectations going into my appointment, but South Hills Dental Arts far exceeded whatever they would've been. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and thorough - Nicole made the patient intake process easy and I felt comfortable telling her about my dental history and what I was looking for in my new dentist. When she did some initial scans of my teeth, she was quick and efficient. My hygienist, Jenna, was GREAT. She explained everything she was doing throughout my X-rays and cleaning in enough detail for me to understand which I really appreciated. When the dentist came in for my exam, I immediately felt comfortable with her. She carefully explained what was needed to fix a dental issue that's been bugging me and when it came time to book the associated appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me in the following week.
