After talking with Seth, there was zero doubt in my mind this is the team I want to be a part of. The group has been outstanding from beginning to end with getting the second home loan. It feels incredibly personal and they are most definitely there to hold your hands and encourage you. I had a bit of a panic attack one day during the process and reached out to both Seth and Tiffany. They were able to bring me back down to Earth, reassure me, and bring me back to feeling excited. This was exactly what I needed. Short term rentals are still very new to me but if you need a team to get you through this, this group is the one. Cannot wait to continue to do work with them.

He spoke to me about some concerns about the deal to make sure I was aware, and I don't think any other lender would have done that because they would just want the deal. Can't thank them enough.

Greg Peterson was my *rock star* mortgage broker at DNJ Mortgage…read more Bottom Line Savings He provided consulting on how I could raise my credit score by literally 100 points. I followed his recommendations and save .5% on the APR that the bank would offer; thus, saving me thousands of dollars interest. He helped me get a loan according to my terms and conditions, not the banks. He had to use a smaller obscure bank when I told him that I wanted to put 5% down payment compared to the 10% that the big banks were requiring. I got my 5% down loan and got to keep thousands in my bank account for home improvements. I did not sacrifice a low interest rate because I used a smaller bank. Customer Service Greg was quick to respond to all my questions, phone calls, emails and concerns. He was technically knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He sympathized with my trying home buying experience. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him and DNJ Mortgage to anyone looking for something more than someone who will simply process a real estate loan transaction but who will save you money and make the home buying experience a little more positive.
