Got the sizes I wanted to try on out of the back. Store is very clean and spaced out nicely. A good experience. But online orders? Every one of the three times I've ordered something online from this spot, they cancel my order a few days or a week later, with no explanation given. The latest time, I asked them why they cancelled and got ghosted. The shoes I ordered now cost $150 more on resale markets. Fine. On to the next, I'm over it. But just beware. Shady business practices. I will never be coming to this store again or ordering online from them. Good luck to them in the current streetwear market. Much more trustworthy competitors out there if you're willing to look.

Being the flagship store, they have done an amazing job of integrating modern designs throughout the store. They had almost all of their iconic models available like cloud 3, cloud 5, cloud surf, cloud nova and the Roger Federer collection as well. I went to the store to try out some of the shoes. The shoes sizes were larger in general compared to other US brands. I usually get 8.5 for others, but for ON shoes I needed 7.5. The prices were higher for these shoes, ranging between $125 to $200+. The associates were friendly at the store, but it was hard to get their attention when it was little busy.

They didn't stop looking for me, and persisted until they ran out of options in store. When I admitted I couldn't find anything I genuinely liked, would spend good money on, and would wear on a daily basis, Pierre told me it was absolutely alright, and thanked me for trying them on. They told me the brand wasn't for everybody, but appreciated me trying to find "the one". Really, genuinely, friendly and professional. 11/10 experience.

I got MINE from Thursday Boot Company, and early indicators are great! da Scene: Was stomping around SoHo while visiting my recent NYU graduate daughter and saw the store, but didn't have time to stop in. Fast-forward to now and I wanted something to stomp around with on an upcoming trip to the EU. While I may buy something there (maybe in Firenze), I wanted something broken in for anticipated walking. Rolled the dice on 3 pairs (Premier and Legacy low tops) and landed quite well, with some help. da Shoes: They are BEAUTIFUL, tight seams, attention to detail. Breaking them in by walking around the house for the next few weeks in hopes they'll be ready for a EuroTrip ("mi scusi") soon. Fingers crossed and will definitely update after they been properly worn to see how they stand up. da Service: From arms length, customer service was GREAT. I didn't think to look them up in Yelp! of all places, I always think of food when it comes to Yelp!... I was surprised (and worried) about the CS comments. Speaking to my experience, I ordered my normal sizes (which are different for wide and standard). The order got here QUICK, a couple of days... they shipped out of Ohio (which is weird since no storefront there?). They were all a full size too small, so I sent them back (super easy online return) and received the replacements in the same quick turn-around. YMMV, but my online experience couldn't have been better! So... watch for an update in a few months and I'll comment on how they performed while traveling and how they're holding up. If they do well... BOOTS next!

Extremely disappointing experience with Thursday Boot Company…read more I specifically ordered the Deep Blue sneakers and received black shoes instead. This wasn't a case of me simply changing my mind or not liking the product--I received the wrong color. I had actually tried these shoes on at their NYC store previously, so I knew exactly what the Deep Blue color was supposed to look like. What made the situation even worse was the company's response. I reached out expecting a simple exchange or return for an item that was sent incorrectly, and instead I was essentially told there was nothing they were willing to do because of their "no return" policy. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue, offer an exchange, or even work with me on a reasonable solution. Interestingly, their attitude changed very quickly once I disputed the charge with my credit card. Suddenly there was a much greater willingness to communicate and resolve the situation. That experience left me with the impression that protecting the sale and the money was more important than actually taking care of the customer. Mistakes happen. Sending the wrong color can happen. What matters is how a company handles the mistake--and in my experience, Thursday Boot Company handled it poorly. I would have happily remained a customer if they had simply made a reasonable effort to fix their mistake. Instead, they turned what should have been a simple customer-service issue into a frustrating experience that has completely changed my opinion of the company.

Design wise and choice of wall colors remind me from a mix of desserts and the inside of sand caves. Shoes have many different selections of styles and colors. Staff is nice and welcomes customers with a warm smile. There's a seating area to sit down and try on shoes comfortably. Additionally, there're several brightly-lit, various themed vanity rooms all the way in the back with a full body mirror in each of them. Price of shoes would range from approximately $150 to $300 (lowest to highest). I believe they accept both credit/debit card or cash but please correct me if I am wrong. The athletic shoes look like they're made out of really high quality and breathable material. Mhm I probably should start saving up a pair for my upcoming birthday. Maybe your significant other would love a new pair of shoes from here, what do you think?

They have all sorts of samples of materials, laces, threads, and shoe models. You can pick from many different models of Nike shoes, some of which are exclusive to this location. The design expert helps you put together colors on your sneakers, advises which colors you can pick for the particular model you chose, and what would look good or not. They are indeed in a category all their own in terms of comfort and functionality. I love how they feel plush and substantial while still feeling flexible and breathable on my feet. I also love that so far all the pairs I've purchase over the years are still in rotation, holding up long enough to make the higher price point worth it (IMO). 4/5 stars though only because their customer service REALLY went downhill last year around the holidays. I made a purchase this last holiday season for myself and some family members - the order included socks and slippers - some of them seasonal styles. I ordered the first day they offered black friday deals, which I think was the week of Thanksgiving in 2025. I kid you not, they took my money and then didn't send me any updates until I emailed them around December 15 asking where my order was. They were really unapologetic and when I emailed again on Dec. 20 saying these were for Christmas and I needed them the response was that if I wasn't happy I could try and cancel my order. I was lucky because despite tracking saying otherwise they did miraculously arrive the next day, but their social media pages were just flooded with folks having similar experiences. In the past I've had a shipping or delivery snafu here and there but they have always made it right. Often just sending a new pair without a return even needed. I had thought they had top tier customer service, but will now tread a bit lighter with ordering and might even try to branch out and try some more brands in the future.
