I was able to search for my part through an up-to-date inventory and see that there were three wheels available. I stopped by the following morning and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were extremely friendly and professional, I could not be more pleased. I paid $65 for a wheel that I could find for no less than $200 online anywhere else. I went to another Kia dealership where they basically told me that what I wanted wasn't possible at the price I wanted. So I promptly moved on and we found Cronin. Unfortunately the car I wanted was gone by the time we got there (completely my fault. I forgot to confirm that we were coming) so I test drove a different car. It was great and I fell in love immediately. We worked with Micheal who was very patient and helpful the whole time. He and Richard helped us figure out exactly what we need and what we don't. Both were very upfront with us about where the price was coming from and how it make the price something we could afford. This is one of the few car dealerships that don't make you feel like a piece of meat in front of hungry lions. The dealers aren't commission based so there's so extreme competition or unfair treatment. This is one of the best dealerships in the area. I can't recommend them enough.

They do not manufacture every part, so they have to rely on their suppliers to do their job. If I get a part I am not happy with they have been reasonable with taking it back and replacing it.
