Brands that do not compare to KanCan & low rise KanCan jeans were thrown into my dressing room. I cannot wear low rise or mid rise because they do not offer enough coverage, but there were still low rise and mid rise jeans thrown into my fitting room. The associate also threw in some shirts for me to "try" and assumed my size without asking. The shirts were 2 sizes too big and completely opposite of my style. I'm not sure why she didn't ask my size or my style. None of the jeans in the fitting room worked out & after I told her I'd seen some pieces online I wanted, she was adamant about showing me what she had on the store iPad instead of letting me show her what I already pulled up. Overall it was an irritating experience. If I'm paying $60+ for jeans, I want to enjoy the experience, not have things I hate thrown my way or other things I'm disinterested in at the moment.

See, my family is leaving on a three week trip to Europe very soon and I was looking for fancy wide leg pants. When we entered the store we were greeted by a women who seemed friendly. I was able to find 4 items that I liked and stood just outside the dressing room. While I waited, off to the side were two girls (associates) chatting away. The store wasn't busy at all. At the same moment one of the girl associates broke away from her convo and asked if I needed a dressing room. Duh, I'm standing holding clothes in front of the dressing room door. I tried the 4 pieces on. the friendly woman continued to help her customer and never did return to my dressing room nor did any other associate. Did I like the clothing? Yes. Would I have tried on more? Yes. Did any one associate do their job? NOPE! After I got dressed I brought my clothes out of the dressing room. Call me proper or old school - maybe I just have better manners than most but my intention were to put the clothing back in it's place. My sister was waiting just outside the dressing room and I stood and talked with her about where all the associates were? While I'm speaking to my sister one of the girl associates comes over and asked if anything worked. I politely said no and asked where I could place the items.
