Some of the ladies are very task-oriented and can come across as inconveniencing customers when they are focused on what they need to get done. Others are friendlier and, at times, genuinely helpful. I've learned to go in with fairly low expectations when it comes to customer service, but I still enjoy stopping in because I've found some fun items there that make the experience worthwhile. I would separate the athletic shop from my overall experience with the other two shops. The employee there, Cole (I believe that's his name), has always been very friendly and helpful.

She is very personable and willing to help in any way possible. Which is refreshing. The Boutique is decorated nicely and the prices are very good for well made clothes. Something that usually does not go together. Nicely made clothes at a good price. I found two tops I wanted to try on. Merri said if anything does not fit to let her know and she will get another. The dressing rooms were so clean and cute. Decorated beautifully. I ended up buying two shirts that were as unique and the boutique. Merri stated she goes and picks out the clothes herself to put in her store and it shows with quality. They also sell Bread,soap and Earrings. I live across town but will return each time I'm on that side because it's hard to find well made clothes, beautifully styled, at a reasonably price. Most the sizes I saw were S,M,L. Mireya at the Park Place Mall location came up to me at the fitting area lectured me and threatened to kick me out of the store for the offense. One thing I noticed was that there were some nice patterns in the materials used plus they appeared to be of a good quality. They also had some jewelry.
