I've been a Kohl's customer for a very long time, and sadly the quality of their own brand has dropped dramatically. Their "Big One" towels that I have purchased over the years were pretty good - except for my most recent purchase. The lint that comes off the towels is incredible - and they have become raggedy and threads are hanging all over after just 2 washes. read more

I order from kohls.com a jacket since November 30th I still don't get it they say they didn't have it a white jacket but they did not told me then after I call several times they still say I have to wait because the merchandise is in the way today December 26th I still didn't get it I called they say is in the way but when I called the track number UPS they say they didn't pick up yet and then the people who does not speak English with a very heavy accent they say they cannot do nothing for me because is a policy in the store that I have to weigh in the meantime I have to pay the bill for merchandise I didn't receive that was my present for my son and he still didn't have it for his birthday or Christmas and I call call no answer very disappointed never come back again I'm canceling my card too. This store has left security tags on my purchases on 3 separate occasions! I will go back and return all items I purchased and NEVER frequent this location again. They have no way of tracking coupons, they give Kohl's dollars with quick expiration dates. This particular store is an abomination for the chain. There was even a person managing traffic at the checkout counters and still a security tag was not removed by a clerk who only had 4 items to check out! AND nothing sent off an alarm when I left store. Kohl's shoppers BEWARE, the location in Brick is much nicer and more efficient! read more

This store in Toms River has been here at least 10+ years. This Kohl's was the first one I was ever in, years back. And since I don't live in the area, I decided to stop in due to being in the vicinity for another issue. Most all of the branches are laid out the same. Tip: go when you have coupons. Their mail outs are 15, 20, 30 % off. Then there's Kohl's cash. Spend, let's say $50 and use their money to get further reductions. ( not sure )..... Ask the ladies in the store or your favorite female friend to explain Kohl's cash. That's beyond me. Haha. read more

This kohl's needs to do a thorough check of their store. I was there on a Tuesday at noon and there were no carts with the seat for a child. I carried my son all around the store looking with none to be found. I finally find one and the buckle is broken (this cart should be thrown out!) I wait and wait and someone checking out has one, I put him in this cart and we start walking and the cart wouldn't even roll it had to be pushed with the most PAINFUL sound it was horrible for everyone around us. Another cart that should be in the GARBAGE. So I picked up my child and we left. I will go somewhere else to spend my money. read more

I would like to know why a big store like Kohls does not have any mobile carts available to its senior customers. All the stores have them and as a good customer as myself I recently had surgery and is not able to walk around your whole store. Please can you do something about this? I have a stack of gifts cards and cannot use them because I am unable to walk around your store!!!! This is holiday time and I am so unhappy cause you don't have them. This is predominately a Senior citizen area and I am from Whiting and so many of these people can not shop at your store because of this major reason. I was here just the other day and I found so many really nice good quality things. I'm going back again today. This store has a nice selection of everything, and the presentation is kind to the eyes. I also want to make known that the staff was extremely competent in the return area. The check out was amazingly quick and easy as well as pleasant. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. I'm very happy the store is here especially since I'm new to the area and had one by my other home. They deserve the praise for what really matters. I definitely recommend this store. read more

I ordered from Kohls online. before the item got here, I received the same item as a gift. I called and cancelled my order. The lady at the store told me that it would be back on my credit card in 2 days. I waited a week, still nothing. When I called the store again, the lady gave me a tour of every department and was really nasty( wish I had her name). Now 9 days later and still nothing. I went to this store the other day and I got clothes. they were really good and the staff is good too.

I was in this store with my mother, who is a senior citizen , we went to return some items, the customer service rep, that was in that department had one customer in front of us, we were standing waiting to be called , instead of the representative calling us, the customer who was in front of us , called to me that she was finish, and told me to come forward, the representative just stood there, when we came forward the representative started talking to mother in a extremely loud voice, stanching the receipt out of my mother hand , and being so rude that I had to ask to see the manager, this conduct is unacceptable we spend more money in that store, then probably any customer that they might have we both have there credit card and my mother and e are both VIP, I'm thinking of giving their card back. why would I want to spend money in a store that seems to be Bias, not saying all the employees are as ridiculous as this women but it has left a bad taste in my mouth.I call and reported this to the manager, don't know if anything was done about it are not, but I won't be shopping there any time soon. read more
