One star - absolutely unacceptable experience. I will never return to any Kohl's again after the terrible customer service I experienced at this location. While checking out with just two items, I told the cashier that the shoes I was buying were missing one shoe. She radioed someone for help and asked us (me, 6 months pregnant, my husband, and our toddler) to step aside so she could help the next customer. I understood--until she proceeded to help the same customer for over 20 minutes, while he kept calling other people up, and we were completely ignored. As time passed, I began to feel lightheaded. I have a history of blacking out from standing too long, so I had no choice but to sit on the floor. Nobody offered a chair. Nobody checked in. Eventually, the missing shoe was brought--but we were still ignored. My husband finally got back in line, and the male manager on duty (Tuesday afternoon) gave him a disgusted look, as if we were the problem. Here's the kicker: we had just made a purchase at the Sephora inside the store, and when the manager handed over the receipt, he intentionally ripped off the bottom portion--the part with the survey and review information. It felt shady, like he didn't want us to have a voice after what had just happened. No apology. No empathy. No decency. I was visibly pregnant, sitting on the floor with a toddler, and not one employee offered help or even basic courtesy. Absolutely disgusting service.

When you come to return items that you didn't need.. Get kohls cash back & then look at your account to find out that you let $60 kohls cash expire 3 days ago and it's still within the 7 day grace period. So now you've got a $70 lil shopping spree! I love kohls. This location is always clean, but they are always out of my size in shoes.. then again I have baby feet! Other than that. So bummed that they took away the jewelry department!

For my visit yesterday (7/19). Enjoy the wide selection of cute stuff thats just the perfect size and tone for me. Bought tons of things I love. The highlight of my experience was Asveet (sorry if I butchered the spelling there). She was helping me with choosing a fragrance from Sephora. Super knowledgable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I left super excited about the fragrance she helped choose for me. Im loving my Versace! Thank you for a great experience!

I really enjoy going to Kohls, I don't shop here often but when I know I need to find something specific in clothing I always come here and I always find something! But recently I found out Kohls now has Babies R us! I was so excited I wanted to stop by and see what was going on and take a look, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the store, I was so confused because when you go to kohls website and click "find your Babies R us kohl store" this stockton location came up. So I asked a couple of the employees and they told me it was selected kohls. I was really sad, but either way I still shopped around for my daughter. I hope they can get a babies r us soon! That would be amazing !

Awesome deal on Google Home for $99. Couldn't pass it up. Who knew - Khol's sells technology!

This is the second Kohl's that I have ever shop in. The first one was in Colma, a very long time ago. What drew me here was Khol's had a great deal on Google Home for $99. I couldn't pass up a great deal so I ordered it online, and picked it up at this Stockton location. I gotta say - my experience was fantastic. I got in line, then showed my ID when it was my turn, shortly after that, the nice lady handed me my order and off I went! It was that simple. Quick and Easy!! I also ordered a bunch of bedding from Khol's which I got more great deal from Black Friday. Who knew that Khol's sold technology? I never would have thought. Really happy with my experience, and I hope Khol's will keep up their great work by providing all of their customers the best store experience possible. I'm definitely coming back to this store to shop. Cheers!

Kohl's Department store located in Park West Place shopping center on Trinity Parkway in Stockton, California. Yelp Challenge 25 /100. This review is mainly on all my shoe purchases. It's crazy, I thought I did a review here last summer. Sometimes I think yelp has termites lol. Unless, it got deleted, well who knows lol. I come to Kohl's mainly for my kids and I's gym shoes, they have pretty good sales here on the shoes. Plus I'm always getting coupons with discounts for shoes here. So I'll come and charge them on my Kohl's card. If you read my previous reviews, I love shoes lol. We don't come shopping here, in fact I never bought anything here really besides shoes. Well I'll give you the lowdown, Kohl's reminds me of Mervyns. Clothes wise, it's a notch above Target/Wal-Mart. Just a notch :) But I prefer Wal-Mart though. Note: Well you can pay your bill here at the cash register, just know they only take cash. Credit or Atm has to be paid at the Customer service desk. The restrooms are located in the Customer service area as well. I never had bad service here at all, the cashiers always been very helpful and curtiuos towards me. I wanted to come to this store because I desired to pick up summer clothes for my upcoming Mexico cruise trip. I walked around the store, hoping that I would find something nice. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to grab my interest this time around. As an alternative, I settled on purchasing the following items: * 4 pack of mini tweezers * facial cleaning wipes * jumbo loofahs * essential hair styling set * grilled seaweed roll snack The total came out to be around $25. Thankfully, I had a $5 off certificate due to being a Ross Mastercard® Credit Card holder. The staff member who assisted me was very unfamiliar with how to redeem the certificate, as she had never done it before. She asked her nearby cashier colleague, and didn't know either. Instead, the Loss Prevention specialist came over to the register and helped to redeem it. The store appeared to be slightly disorganized in some aisles but well-stocked. The checkout line was fairly long but moved at a decent pace. The rating of the stars is still stagnant at 3 stars. This specific Ross location is very hit or miss.

The manger on shift today was so disrespectful to me I am diabetic and I have to use the restroom…read morea lot Me and my husband went into Ross to shop when I ask if they had a restroom I could use they said it was not for customers I said I had a medical condition and I need to used the bathroom asap they told me to go to chilles witch is accose the parking lot I had to use the bathroom so bad that I ran across the parking lot praying I would make it even tho I knew I would have a pots episode I made it and then went back to Ross to meet up with my husband and that's when I told my husband I need to sit down but I also need to talk the manger when the manger came she was hella rude saying that the restroom was not for customers and she didn't care if I was diabetic and had to use the bathroom I even told her that because I had to leave and run across the parking lot to use the bathroom it caused me to have a pots medical episode and she told me that I had 5 minutes to get up off the floor and leave or she was going to call the cops at that point I was in shock she even said that I told my husband to go get my wheelchair out of the car and when we were leaving I got corporate number and reported her but when I reported her I gave them the wrong name so I called the store back and asked for the current name and I also asked what is there protocol if a customer is having a medical episode and the manger said they have 5 minutes to leave or they are calling the cops the employee that I was talking to on the phone said that the manger never told me that and that I'm a lier and she was right there and she never said that to u the employee even ha the nerve to tell me I'm a scammer and that I don't even have medical problems and I'm perfectly fine and I was fakeing the whole episode how is that ok that they would treat me that that and how am I faking a pots episode if my heart rate was 150 and rising please don't go there because what they did to me was unacceptable the manager that did that to me her name was Melody
