I love Kohl's, but this store and sales people are clueless. If you advertise a product or brand on sale you need to honor it. False advertising . I will have to find another store. Very disappointed.

There are only 2 other Targets in RI and they are in Lincoln and Warwick. No problem finding parking, there are plenty of spots. The aisles were very organized and stocked. I saw many employees walking around the store restocking. I always enjoy looking at the Bullseye's Playground & Dollar Spot section to find $1, $3 and $5 items. These are a great bargain. The Target App is an easy way to shop and save. If there is a specific item you are looking for, the app will tell you the exact aisle and how many are in stock. There are self-checkout stations and cashier lanes. I went to a cashier and she was friendly. Target has a free membership option called Target Circle that offers every member access to automatic deals applied at checkout, earn Target Circle Rewards, and save with personalized deals. I have the Target Circle Card (previously known as the Target RedCard) that will offer an extra 5% off purchases, access to no-rush returns, and free two-day shipping on Target's site. This card does not have a fee. Target Circle 360 is Target's paid membership with even more benefits. This Target also has a Starbucks Cafe. I grabbed a drink after checking out. There were tumblers for 50% off and other merchandise. Drink was prepared in no time and service was good.

Attempted to buy some oranges and several bags were wilted, soggy and rotted. I tried for navals and clementines. Left with nothing. They have spots for maybe six registers too! That's awful! I don't buy much here but I'll notice the people in line have full carts which add to the long checkout times! The cashier has apologized for the long wait and is doing the best he can. But no other workers come up to help them, and they're so busy they can't call for help. While the lines get longer and longer. It's disappointing they have to deal with this. This store looks like it does good business so they should be staffing at least 3 cashiers on register. I'm not coming back to this location for a while. I do find some cool stuff, but it's not worth waiting in the long lines for one thing. The guy who cashed me out last night looked insanely annoyed and frustrated. I don't blame him! I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up rage quitting mid shift one day, because he can't get assistance on the registers. It happens. Do better, Burlington!

I am echoing the sentiments of several other reviewers, the young shitty sales girls who stare with vacant haughty, disgusted eyes and make eyes with one another to disapprove and "mean girl" customers and kids should not work with people (ever). They should actually attend coursework on how to be better humans and understand patience, children and how to respond to kids and their parents in the store (when a kids gets restless- a normal thing). Easy to disapprove and feel smug about something your small lived experiences. lack of awareness and inability to have empathy have seemingly NOT taught you to take a more helpful approach or another perspective. But alas, the store manager was egging it on. I could see that when I pulled the manager aside to speak to her about her inappropriate employees. You run largely a children's dance store and no doubt you should understand kids and families. Instead you offered shittiness. I contemplated walking out without my products, but I purchased them instead for my child's sake and because you did not allow the situation to escalate. If I am being honest, I doubt you "spoke" to those grossly immature girls (who should not work there at all) other than to be glad my family left. Twenty years of purchasing from you is a long time to smugly have disdain and shittiness be your go-to response to my family. You have had some wonderful employees that have been helpful and understand how to interact with a restless child and their family. But how you allowed my family to feel in your store yesterday, means we will NOT return. Even the girl who claimed she does ballet- as I asked about dance booties, didn't appear to know anything other than how to feel inconvenienced and unable to be bothered with families she considers beneath her. Her sometimes nice acting two-faced friend echoed this in their often exchanged shitty glances. I cannot in good faith even recommend this store to ANYONE. And....I gathered that the store is shortsighted enough to believe my small family and business won't matter, anyway. Good luck.

Sometimes (usually beginning of dance seasons and recital times) it can be busy and it's a take a number type of situation. Generally I buy the shoes and tights here as the shoes need to be fitted properly and the tights are a specific color/shade. Also, the y have a binder with all of the information from the studios so you don't even need to worry about it. I tend to not buy leotards here because I can find them much cheaper online. They do have a sale rack that has some stuff depending on the size. They also usually have groupons that are discounted by a few dollars or more that you can purchase at the discounted rate on Groupon and redeem for your purchase.

Long story: I walk into the store around 6:15/6:30 with my two teenage/young adult kids. On vacation and ready to spend. Store opens at 4. Cool store, lots of cool clothing. We are the only people in the store. My kid asks the man at the counter if there are any skirts with pockets. He (with an attitude), says "I'm eating", waves his hand toward parts of the stores to show where the skirts are. I have never been talked to like that and am ready to leave, but my one kid still wanted to look. So we stay. Man sees that one kid and I are done and interprets our faces correctly as ready to leave. He announces that "he's taking a break from eating" (btw his food was in a thermos that could have put the lid back on). He walks over and points to three section of various skirt lengths and goes to return to eat. I tell him that's not what my kid asked for. Kid and i go into other room. Man pulls out a few skirts with pockets. We return to main room where man says he pulled all the plus sized skirts with pockets. My kid is skinny (size M/L); I'm real world 3x. He continues to call the kid plus sized (kid also has an eating disorder history) and talk as fast as he can about what he pulled. Kid is trying to tell him that he's going too fast and to give them a minute. Man starts talking about how he's a size expert. Listen, we are from New Jersey. Nobody talks faster and railroads better than us, but this man couldn't stop and wouldn't listen until I stepped in and told him to give us a minute. The guy is like 3 feet from us and I'm trying to have a convo with my kid. We step into the other room and the man tells us the skirt is from a different room. I literally had to turn to him and tell him to back off bc we are trying to have a private conversation.
