If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do not return any Amazon purchases to this Kohls. I returned a couple of Amazon purchases at this Kohls location. Half of the items were never received by Amazon. Super frustrating and understandably so Amazon charged me for the items they never received. I called Kohls to provide like a "heads up" this happened to me and the Kohls worker said this is an Amazon problem. What made this experience even weirder...when I originally dropped off the returns, the lady behind the counter said: "hold on to your return receipts, Amazon has not been getting all of their returns from this location." I should have turned around with my items and dropped them off at a different Kohls location. read more

Kohl's cash, Kohl's Rewards, Kohl's online pickup, Amazon returns- these are positives for this location, and Kohl's in general. I've had a great online pickup experience here. I found the men's clothing selection and sizes to be better stocked than say, the Oak Creek Kohl's location, so that's a nice plus! The layout of this store is odd, and it seems smaller than most. During pandemic times, nearly half of customers can't seem to wear a mask properly, and if I'm seeing it as a customer, Kohl's employees are doubly seeing it and not saying a thing. I bought Vera Wang Pajamas and they were delivered today in Milwaukee. They were not in any type of wrap and were all wadded up. There were no tags on them to say this was a new product. When you order online you'll get to a choice for each item of, deliver (free over $49), deliver free to store, or available for pick up today. If this is your closest store, then "pick up today," is most certainly not going to happen. This store is so short on staff, it sometimes looks abandoned. I went in the next day after choosing "pick up today," and there's a big section of "self pick up" racks hidden in the back corner. It took me a minute to figure out what "self pick up" means, because to me, that sounds like a cup of espresso I make at home, or a physically impossible levitation trick. In order to get my order, I would need a four digit code which I didn't have. I went to the customer service line where one aging (my age) beleaguered woman was trying to handle it all. She looked ready to cry. While waiting in line, no less than four calls were made over the PA for help at service, but the only other worker I saw in the whole store was the regular check out cashier also with her own line. They were both working harder than I ever do, if corporate reads this, the problem is not the workers you currently have, it's that you don't have anywhere near enough. This, in my experience, is usually because workers aren't paid well, unappreciated, and not treated with respect. It took a few more days to get the email with my code. This came with a warning to hurry up and pick up my order. To sum up, I did get a good deal on some clearance stuff, but balanced against the time I've wasted, I'm not sure that I've really come out ahead. read more

This Kohl's is just as good as any. They are all excellent in their customer service.

The store manager accused us of switching tags and was very rude. A pair of shoes was marked incorrectly and I didn't read the fine print. I saw they were $80 and decided to purchase them. At the register they came up at $90. I asked why $90 when the tag said $80? So I waited in line and my wife went to get the shoes with the tag on them that said $80. The cashier was nice enough to take care of us but the manager is the only one that can fix the issue. She THE MANAGER MARISA was rude and very snobby. Saying "the tag doesn't belong to that shoe". I said that's not my fault and she said there is nothing she can do about it. So I returned the shoes and I am never going there again. She has no customer service skills at all. I hope other customers never have to deal with her. How rude! read more

The only reason I stopped here is because I had Khols cash that expired today and I was lunching and shopping in the area. As far as the stores go I have never had a problem with any of them. The only real problem I have with them is the crafty Khols cash that they give you because it's hard to just not use it, it's like just throwing money in the street and you don't do that. I will admit that this gimmick works and it gets me back when they do this to me. You go back and find something on sale from the retail tag and use the Khols cash on top of that and walk out with paying $15 for an item tagged at $55 so you feel like you got over on them but not really because they would go out of business if you really were. I like the quality of the products and the gimmick sales pricing crap is their stick and I'm ok with it so I will keep shopping there. read more

Once the Kohl's stores opened up again, it's been rather simple to pick up orders inside the store. If you wear a mask and let them scan the code on your phone, you can pick up your merchandise almost as straightforward as before the virus. That does NOT include the Point Loomis location. If you check out online, exactly the same as you do with other stores, and avoid the car description section, Point Loomis store insists that you stay in your car on the lot and call them. I had to go there this time, because it was the only place that still had the item I'd ordered. This might not mean a lot to some folks but I prefer not to burn a lot of gasoline to run the A/C or sit in a hot car. read more

Realized after getting to the airport that I forgot to pack my belt, so I frantically made a stop here about 30 minutes before closing. (It wouldn't have been so frantic had my flight been on time, but that's another story entirely.) There are two entrances on different sides of the building. Parking lot is a little odd, but easy to figure out. Nobody had parked by one of the entrances so I don't know if it was locked or people just didn't happen to park there. There aren't too many signs directing you to where you need to go, so I wandered around the store a bit until I found the mens department. There didn't seem to be a Big and Tall section, which was a bit of a bummer - I might have lingered a bit more to look around if they had. As usual, there was some kind of sale happening so I got a belt and suspenders (as a backup) as buy one get one half off. Employee who rang me up wasn't super friendly, mumbled a hello and told me a total. Not a five star experience, but I got what I needed. A little more energy from the employees, a Big and Tall section, and some more signage would definitely earn another star or two. read more

Horrible place and working environment . I use to work here and I can tell you that most employees here talk bad about customers and are always against each other. I was always accused of something as I worked here gossip and drama everywhere. Nobody would want to work and they had preferred people. Managers didn't talk much and were never supportive and always punished and talked down on employees. Will, Melisa, Sheryl were horrible managers never gave me any hours I would only work 5 hours a week when the policy promised me a minimum of 20 hours a week. I would not recommend shopping here or working here. read more

What Happened, Kohl's? Kohl's used to be my store of choice. Everything used to be A+. Now, customer service is terrible, cleanliness of this location is horrific and the quality of the merchandise is so low its sad. Never thought that Kohl's would end up being the next K-Mart. After the rude and unhelpful service I received on my last visit here, I will never be back; however, after visiting Grafton and Oak Creek stores I have hope for Kohl's.. at least for customer service. Worst customer service ever. On the same display there was a sale price sign and a buy one-get one 1/2 off sign. When the items rang up, it was buy one, get one 1/2 off the original price and the cashier said that they could not honor the sale price even though the sign was posted. When I said, "That is really misleading," the cashier told me that "I need to learn how to add", and that I was just fishing for a deal. Left without buying anything. I guess it's too much to ask that a store honors advertised prices? Too much run around for inflated prices. Gonna stick to Target. read more

I have been to many Kohl's and usually have great customer service. This location is the exception. The cashier Vickie never smiled or said a word. Until the luggage we bought came up at a wrong price. My husband has the Kohl's app we had already scanned the tag so we had confirmed the price. We told her it was incorrect, she said you will have to prove it. My husband scanned it again with his phone and I went and got the sign. She said am I sure it was the right one? Read the description. It was. My husband then asked for a manager. She then gave us the advertised price. It should not of been that hard. Will not ship this store again. read more

I like this store. Kohl's always has a nice selection of clothing, housewares, and many other things. The store is clean, well organized, and the people working there are helpful. This location is pretty easy to get to as well with a large parking lot and easy access from 27th street. read more

I give one star just because the store exists. I was shopping for a suit... Separate pieces . Jacket and pants. I saw large signage for various brands of clothing separates... Hagger, Van Huesen, marc anthony, apt.9, etc. unfortunately, they are all strewn about the mens dept. You woud think apt 9 jackets and pants would be grouped together, same for the other brands... Like groupings so you could find coordinating pieces of the same manufacturer. No such luck. It was a cluster. No store associated could even make sense of it or assist. After an hour of trying to find one suit, i left in frustration. Other guys were expressing similar sentiments in the dressing room and in the mens department. This place always disappoints. It's consistently unorganized, the size hangers never match the size of the garments, and the workers are in their own worlds, having personal conversations. In fact, a complete stranger and I laughed together about how poorly stocked and organized the store was tonight. Not a single pair of standard, dark or black, straight legged jeans could be found in the sea of merchandise they have, in both her and my sizes. I thought I was on an episode of punked. read more

I love kohls and I try not to go to this kohls because I never get good service, but it's the closest one to where I live. I went here yesterday and they hired some new younger girls and boy did they have attitudes. Horrible service given by them. They stood around gossiping very loudly, while I was shopping, about customers they had previously and they were cursing like crazy while ringing my stuff up. All I heard was the "b" word like 20 times while she was talking to her friend bagging my stuff. I had to tell my little 8 year old to go wait out by the doors just so she wouldn't have to hear their foul language. She didn't say thank you either. All she did was kept talking to her friend when she handed me my receipt. I didn't get my kohls cash either. I will never go to this kohls again. I decided to use the order on-line and pick up option at Kohl.s I assumed that a store that offered this service would be staffed to make the service make sense. In Kohl's case I guessed wrong. This store is not busy this Christmas season because of the extensive road construction on 27th Street in Milwaukee. But I do know there were more store employees than customer in the store when I was there. As instructed I went to the service desk, where on individual was responsible for answering phones, dealing with internet order pickups and inexplicably discussing her schedule during the recent thanks giving holiday with her peers who inexplicably managed to somehow not adjust their priorities to desl with one of the few customers in the store. Ahhh kohls where you pay a little less for much less service. The only reason I went shopping here was because I needed something the next day. I would have purchased more but honestly I was so angry by the time I got out of here I decided that I did not want to purchase any more. I stopped at this location today because I was in the area. Let me start by saying this store was so disorganized!!!!! Nothing is on the correct hanger. If you want a particular size, do not go by what the hanger says, it's probably wrong. You better check the actual piece of clothing you want to try on. If you are looking for a specific brand, you better check the clothing too. It appears the clothing is hung pretty much on any rack that has space available. Better check your receipt when you leave too. I purchased 2 items today that were under a sign that read "Croft and Barrow Sportswear 60% off". I questioned the clerk who rang me up when I didn't see the correct money discounted, and he just gave me a stupid look. After completing the sale, I went directly to the service desk. The woman at the service desk told me that the items were probably not considered sportswear. I told her that they were hung with several other of the same items under the sign. She did give me the money off, so that was good. I will probably not return to this location, ad it pretty much gave me a headache trying to figure out not only where things were, but if they were actually on sale. read more

This is the worst Kohls store I have ever been to! I happen to have Kohls cash on me that I had completely forgotten about and was told when I called customer service that "yes we can" honor your slightly expired kohls cash. (It was only expired by three days) I checked out in jewelry and the cashier who works in the jewelry dept was so rude, she basically out right scolded me for using expired kohls cash and then she calls the manager. The manager who is an older man in his late 50s comes and tells me rudely that they will honor my expired kohls cash "just this once" but corporate is going to stop letting them honor expired coupons. I left the store in an extremely irritated mood because not only did two Kohls employees talk down to me but they also made me feel like I was trying to get something that I dont have coming to me! I earned that Kohls cash because I spent $550 in the store on various household items as kohls was always the only store I would shop at for my family of 6. We buy everything from clothing for 6 people, kids toys, shoes, kitchen appliances, household items for the bedrooms and bathrooms, basically everything you can buy at Kohls we use and purchase from Kohls because we have always gotten the lowest prices. But, if I am going to have to deal with being talked to like I am stealing when I just wanted to use my kohls cash that I rightfully earned with my prior purchase but did not have time to make a special stop to shop kohls during the week, then Kohls will be losing my business and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid Kohls. read more
