I'm feel so stupid that I never noticed the clearance discount rack at kohl's until recently so I have been going to different stores to see what I can find because I was deprived of spring clothes shopping this year. I just wanted some new shirts in different colors, pattern and styles and I found everything in the discount rack with up to 80% off so it's like getting 5 new shirts for the price of one. And with every $50 you spend you get $10 Kohl's cash and a coupon for a discount off your next purchase which is a clever way to get you back to the store. The fitting rooms are closed which is big inconvenience because the clothes might say you're size on it but when you get home it's to small or tight so you have to make another trip back for the exchange which stinks. Kohl's has always been my place for casual name brand street clothes and shoes at a great value and that's why I keep going back. read more

The Muskego Kohl's used to be great. I was thrilled when they added Sephora for the quality of products sold there. So far, the service in Sephora has been wonderful. However, the department store itself is average by 2023 standards. My main issue and reason for the low score is the service. The cashiers push the store credit card like their job depends upon how many people sign up. I feel like because I voice I don't have or want one, they drop their reason to care about how I'm treated at checkout. They've become especially rude this past year of 2023, particularly November and December. I went in today to purchase two pillows, I had $10 Kohl's cash to use by the end of the week. My cashier was already angry when she rudely called next in line to come forward. Apparently, she only had $3 in the drawer, and she was complaining that "this was how her day was going to go." After grilling me about not wanting a credit card, she said that I was going to lose money for not getting the card, and "there's nothing I can do about it!" she said. A whole $8! She treated me with utter disdain over a few dollars. It's not the first time to be spoken to and treated this way by cashiers at this Kohl's in Muskego. Rude and untrained cashiers who don't know how to deal with coupons for non-store credit card holders. Frankly, they're untrained to deal with customers in general. read more

This is the best Kohl's that I have ever been in. It's clean, they have a great selection of merchandise and the staff is outstanding.

This is my favorite Kohl's in the area. I will travel to this one before I will go to the ones closer to my house.....I like it that much! I can't exactly say why I like it so much, I just know that I get a good vibe when I enter. Brighter lights? Wider aisles? Better selection of the stuff I'm looking for and more of it? Maybe it's the location....on the fringes of a few major shopping areas, but not crammed in the middle of a bunch of other stores like on 76th street or highway 100. Ehh.. I'm not sold on the fact that this place is always running a billion sales or always has a coupon. While that may be true, I feel that their sales are simply "mark-downs" to regular, or comparable, prices. At the same time, if I am checking in at Kohl's, then I obviously shop there from time to time too. My point being: Do your research before you fall for their sales. At times, they are definitely legit and you get a good deal, but at other times, they are a rip-off. If you're not worried about getting every little "bang for your buck" then doing a majority of your shopping here may be fine. But, if you are a deal-seeker and trying to make every penny count, then definitely don't shop here without a coupon (sign up for their email list and you will get one almost daily or check deal sites for printable coupons) and price-compare with other places- Amazon, etc. As far as this location goes as compared to other Kohl's, it never seems too busy and the staff is very eager to help! read more

How can you not love Kohl's? They almost pay you to take things out of their store. There's always a coupon for a % off, have specials if you spend so much they give you "Kohl's Cash" to use later, if you have their charge card they send you coupons in the mail for $$ off. I know these are all ways to keep people coming in their doors but damn do I get things on the cheap!! This store is very clean, staff is helpful when you need them and it doesn't ever seem crowded. read more

My mom and I decided to sneak in for a quick shopping trip to take advantage of the Memorial Day sales. Although we were there within the last hour, we were aware of the closing time. We were at the register at 9- the closing time for Memorial Day. We were sent to the other side of the store as that register was already closed. When we got to the other register, Barbara was the one to help us. Immediately,she informed me that they close at 9 instead of 10 because of Memorial Day. I'm not sure why this was pertinent info as we were already checking out. I informed her that we were at the register at 9,but were sent to her register because the other ones were closed. During the transaction, she asked if I was using my Kohl's charge or wanted to open one. I said no thank you. I then asked if she needed my info for for Kohl's rewards...she ignored me and continued to finish the transaction. As she handed me the receipt, I asked again about getting points for my Kohl's rewards. She said I did not points because I didn't enter my phone # on the credit card machine. I paid with cash, so I wouldn't have looked at the credit card machine and she never once prompted me to do so. My mom then chimed in and asked if she could go back in and do it... Barbara said no. My mom asked if the service desk could help us, she said no. She pointed at my receipt and just said I would have to call the phone number on there to get my points. I find it interesting that she had enough time to potentially open up a Kohl's charge for me (which would have taken far more time then asking me for my Kohl's rewards information), just because she might have gotten a commission out of it. On top of all of that, she couldn't even wait until my mom and left the counter to pull the money out of the register and count it. I love Kohl's, but this experience lacked the friendly and personal service that I would expect from Kohl's. Instead, I was given a rude attitude and I now have to do extra work that could've been taken care of on the spot. read more

Usually staff are very friendly. Earlier this week I was very disappointed by a staff member in the bedding area complaining bitterly and loudly about other employees, messy shelves, customers not putting things back, etc. She went on for so long (15-20 min) I was too uncomfortable to stay and look for a bedding set that I really wanted to purchase. read more

I love this kohl's more than any other Kohl's near by. I was recently at the Kohl's at Southridge and I realized how much better this Kohl's is. The cashiers are always helpful and friendly. I really don't care what time it is or where I am I will make the effort to go here instead of another Kohl's. It's so clean and neat and easy to shop at and my phone actually works in the store unlike at Southridge. read more
