I asked for my senior discount on Wednesday and had No other coupons. The cashier stated they had no senior discount and no coupons. According to their website they do have a senior discount but refused to give me one. My hair is totally white and I would have provided my driver's license for proof of age. I like that Sephora is now inside of Kohl's. The stores are normally neat and well kept.

There is no toilet paper in the restrooms. Apparently they have t had a shipment for 2 weeks. The "manager" is hoping that with enough complaints, Kohls corporate will send some...seriously? How about you keep calling until they order it for the store and in the meantime head to HEB and buy some, or tell Customers that they MIght have to walk to get paper towels with their pants down? Awful customer service, not handicapped friendly or handicapped accessible. Unless you consider the automatic doors. Other than that once you're inside, it's just a complete hazard. There's overstock everywhere just like someone threw up all over the floor. I talked to them a couple months ago and they started to fix it up and make it more accessible and put new tables. But that lasted 4 to 6 weeks. It is now back to the same mess it was, and by the way they removed my review from yelp and Google. I don't understand why they just don't try to fix what's wrong. There was a lady in a wheelchair with no legs. Her husband was pushing her cause she could not push herself. She couldn't get through when things were falling on her from the hangers. Eventually, she couldn't take it anymore and just yelled to her husband take me home with an! At the end of it!. I'm not gonna explain the whole thing again because they just keep removing my reviews. Unfriendly people nobody seems happy there. It makes me wonder why they work there since they all hate people. It seems like. The reason your stores are failing if you read on Google is because of poor customer service and no handicap accessible stores. Although it doesn't mention the handicap in it, it's just poor customer service, and no organization, and everything is on the ground falling off hanging onto the wrong place. It's just got awful. I've reached out to them several times and they ignore me. They no longer answer me to answered me once. But since things have changed, I've tried again and again and they don't. i arrived to the Kohls Store in Kyle 10 min before closing. Headed straight to the kids shoes in search of a certain brand and shoe size. At 9:02 pm I arrived to the customer service desk to order the show I needed. Abbey, a manager, REFUSED to be of assistance. I am Beyond astounded at the lack of customer service at this location. If they did not want to serve people, they should've locked the doors at 10 minutes before 9 pm. I will be canceling my charge card with Kohl's and strictly doing business with JCPenney's from here on out. KOHLS, You need to step up your game and customer service!!!! read more

This store has very little merchandise. I always have to buy online. Limited sizes in store. Returns are a pain because even with a current receipt, the computer says the purchase doesnt exist. Twice they had to call a manager to do it which takes an extra 10 minutes. Never had this even at Walmart. read more

The manager here is so rude that I will never shop here again. Worst shopping experience ever! I was told by corporate that I had until the 18th to use my Kohl's cash, when I called to see if I could use after expiration, and I came in on the 18th and verified. The manager, Abby, said that it was technically 10 days but that she would honor it. I'm not sure why corporate told me differently, but I thanked her and shopped. When I went to check out, I gave them the Kohl's cash and I also ask them to apply the $20 reward on my account. Abby couldn't get it to work so she told me I would not be able to use my rewards because she "had other things to do." I couldn't believe my ears. I just stared and finally asked... Like what?? She started freaking out and having a meltdown and told me that I would have to go to customer service because she is now no longer allowing me to check out or use the Kohl's cash. I told her that corporate customer service is closed on Sunday, and she yelled at me, called me rude, and ran off, yelling at me from ACROSS THE STORE and flipping out. I went to the customer service in the back, where Abby then started antagonizing me again, and wouldn't allow the customer service agent to use the Kohl's cash she had previously approved. She then said "you probably don't understand this but I have a job so yes I have other things to do." This woman is psychotic, petty, and shouldn't be within 50 feet of a customer. I will he calling corporate tomorrow to let them know what transpired as this manager screeched at me and I never raised my voice. If someone has to ask you to please do your job, consider that maybe you're not doing it, and that shouldn't be the customer's problem and I should not have had to pay the amount of the rewards that I had sitting in my account. But to then carry on and on and treat a customer that way just for trying to use the rewards they have been given or spending is atrocious. If you can't control yourself, or your emotions, you shouldn't be a manager or work retail, where you'll have to actually help customers. read more

So Kohl's pretty much the same across the board.. But this location has a great selection of clearance items. I made off like a bandit the other day with 7 shirts for $60.00 bucks.. was a mixture of Vera Wang, Jennifer Lopez, Lauren Conrad and more.. so not cheap stuff. I love when they do Kohl's cash, but be for-warned that if you get kohl's cash and then take something back to exchange if for a new product.. you loose Kohl's cash. Makes no sense! The customer service at this location so so.. the cashier's are very robotic about their functions and I have met only a few that are warm blooded. I will be back time and time again, definitely with coupons in hand. read more

Was shopping here at my local Kohl's as I have 50+ times before. I was with a total of 4 persons in my party. We were shopping for all four people and planning on making significant purchases, as my kids were trying on several outfits. The store was not very crowded and the boys went to the closest fitting room adjacent our party. This just happened to be the one in the women's section, though it WAS NOT labeled as such. The boys asked for my assistance and I entered the fitting room, which had all separated (enclosed) stalls. I was then approached by an extremely rude and sarcastic employee who advised me that we could not be in the "women's" fitting room. I apologized and stated that we didn't know it was not allowed and that we had done it many times before, and kinda laughed it off. This was occurring while we were complying with her request to vacate. She responded with, "Well now you know!!!", very rudely, which was unnecessary. I voiced my displeasure and we left without making all of the purchases we had planned. It's sad how one employees attitude can ruin a whole stores appeal and reputation. read more

Bought some clothes for the family for vacation here but couldn't even use the one shirt I needed for our trip because of a security tag. It's was so frustrating that I only found out when I was packing that I couldn't use it. On top of that I was gone for a week and when I returned I didn't have the receipt. Clean store. The floors were like mirrors. Lots of clearance deals although they have begun hanging them way up high which for someone who just had surgery and can't reach up was really frustrating. I went into the store to look for a birthday gift for my husband. But of course I walked around looking for something for myself first. I asked a young lady in the women section for a sweater that I was interested in and she was very helpful. Even made a few suggestions. So far from that experience I would say my visit was pleasant. Until I got to the jewelry counter. I was interested in seeing a few watched that they had behind the counter. I walked along the counter and stopped where the watches were located. There were 3 employees chatting away about work and other stuff. Not one of them acknowledged my present. In fact I made sure to be right there in plan sight so that All 3 could see me. Again NO! one asked me if I needed help. I would this considering I'm the customer that someone out of the 3 would have assisted me. Surely management would be disappointed to hear that a customer was being ignored while visiting their store. So after standing there for 5min I decided to leave, but not without talking to the manager. I went up to a cashier whom by the way was very polite. I asked her for the manager on duty. She told me that the person who is the acting manager is Alex, so I asked to speak to her. The cashier told me that she, the manager was at the jewelry counter. So to my surprise one of the 3 women standing at the jewelry counter that I just left from because I was being ignored is the acting manager!! Well no wonder why the other 2 didn't acknowledge me they're learning from Their boss. Anyway, Alex had the nerve to ask the cashier what was wrong and of course by this time I'm hot. I ask the cashier for Alex boss name, Alex told her over the phone (still standing at the jewelry counter) the boss name (Ruby) and that Ruby will be in tomorrow not sure of the time. This entire time Alex is talking on the phone to the cashier that she could clearly see from the jewelry counter and seen me standing there. She Not once came over to find out what the problem was instead she decided to talk to me through the cashier. I just have to say. This was sooo unprofessional and Alex needs customer service and management training I absolutely would Not trust someone with that type of work ethics to run my store. I will happily complain to their corporate office and will be talking to Ruby tomorrow. read more

I went in to spend my Kohl's cash. Like always I never leave with one item nor do I just spend $10.00 dollars. I guess I am to blame. I can't blame the department store for my over spending or can I. Haha. The great thing about Kohl's is that you can always find a great deal/sale. I would suggest to work on being more organize and get more inventory/different designers. I love Elle and Jennifer Lopez line, but it would be refreshing to see some new designers in all the departments. The shoe department never seems stocked and the shoes are all over the place. I will be lucky if I can find my size, which is a 6. I guess that is really common size. I do love there short selection. I seem to always find a great pair of shorts. The staff that work there are very helpful and they make shopping more pleasant. Keep up the great customer service. Overall I like my local Kohl's. read more

I like this Kohls location well enough. It is usually clean and items are in their designated spots. They have a large selection of items and if time permits I always like looking at the different sections as I usually fund something I want even if it isn't what I originally went in to look for. Only complaint is that there always seems to be a line at the register as there are not that many registers open. Sometimes they will open another register....sometimes not. I live about equal driving distance between this location and the one in Sunset Valley. However it is easier traffic wise for me to go to this location. read more

Beware of this store and the BS Kohl's cash. If you buy something that you need to return they will deduct from your return their Kohl's cash PLUS tax. Very unscrupulous and had I known I would not have bought the product. I lost $55 returning a Roomba. And they won't let me lodge a complaint on their site. I'm NEVER shopping there again and advise everyone to beware. I have since researched them and have found they have been sued for their shady Kohl's cash policies. Only wish is known and I never would have bought a thing from them. Worst department store ever. Hope it was worth $55 to ruin their reputation forever. read more

This kohls is usually not too bad, not amazing but definitely not the worst. Lately however I've felt there's been a lack of product of the floor. A lot of empty shelves and clothing racks, and last time I was there a few days ago one employee let me know they're having trouble getting product on the floor with a lack of employees. Not surprising, each visit I've felt like I see less and less employees. More than once I've just chosen to buy something somewhere else because I can't find an employee to help me with some questions, or I'm told an employee for a certain section will be over to help me in just a minute and ten minutes later I'm still standing there alone with no employee in sight. Honestly not surprising that they have to let so many employees go, I also never see many other customers. Likely because kohls prices can get ridiculous!! So many items, especially home goods, that are half the price 300 feet away at target, and a lot of clothing that is pretty basic quality being sold at 4x the price it's worth. Even the sales aren't worth much until they reach at least 50% off. The employees that I have been able to find have been really nice and as accommodating as they can be, but frankly not only is the store dying due to a lack of product and lack of employees which leads to bad or nonexistent customer service, but the kohls model seems to be too out of date for today's shopper. Expensive products, ugly clothing made for grandmas, and the store itself could do with a lot of organizing for what little product is actually out. read more

When shopping BE SURE to LOVE your merchandise that either you earned KC$ with or purchased using your KC$ because there are NO RETURN of your money, NO RETURN a store credit basically it's a ONE TIME USE. So if you buy something with Kohl's Cash and want to exchange it be prepared for pay the additional $10 for the item. There are NO exceptions to this new policy. If your return ANYTHING that drops your initial purchase below the amt to earn the KC$, you IMMEDIATELY lose the $10 or whatever value you dropped below. You use to be able to get a store credit or AT LEAST exchange the items but NOT ANY MORE... Call your Kohl's Customer Service to complain (800) 564-5740. Just because some losers figured out how to cheat Kohl's out of this money, should not impact us that LOVE bargain shopping. read more

I was excited to be able to buy some of the everyday necessities Kohl's offered and be able to charge them, or pay later, since I'm paid once monthly. HOWEVER, beware as their credit terms tend to sneak up on you & you may be in for a shock when you find that being just a few days late on one payment (not even 30 das), can result in a huge interest charge higher than what your normal minimum monthly payment should be!! I was curious, and almost called thinking they made a mistake when I saw my BALANCE was $40 higher than last month's bill...and I hadn't purchased anything for over a month! That's when I learned there was a new disclosure they sprung when my payment was only a few days late (my error, due to crisis at home) and they charged me $37.00 ...for no reason at all except that I was a few days late. Even the credit bureaus don't count late pays until they're 30 days past due!!! Talk about "hard-nosed Nazi" tactics!! I won't be using their card again; as soon as it's paid in full, closing it. read more
