I had came here to take an item back but after doing my return I had walked around the store to see if these books and plush animals to go with the books were there which they were. The store was very clean and everything was organized and easy to find. There was a Labor Day sale going on which was great. I find that this location typically has a lot more products online that are available for in-store pickup. It's right off the highway, and the store is big and well-organized. The employees at the customer service desk are friendly and although the line can get long, they work with a sense of urgency. There is plenty of parking too. read more

This store is light years ahead of Macy's, which is sad. Macy's might have better selection of clothes, but the employees at there are clueless and the experience just sucks! For some reason I always have a better experience in Kohls, so I have stopped shopping at Macy's altogether. Rachel at customer service was extremely rude during a return refused to let me give her change so she could refund me and even bills. I just love Kohl's! The Sonoma brand is always affordable and comfy. I really like their Tek Gear brand as well. The sweatshirts and yoga pants are fantastic. They also carry the Carters brand which I love buying for our 10 month old. They carry pretty much anything you could need! The infant/toddler section is a bit tight due to having soo much jammed into a small space but other than that the store is well laid out and the employees are usually friendly. read more

I really like this store in comparison to the other Kohl's in the area. They have great sale items.

One sales associate was super rude. She made my viste very uncomfortable. She was popping and chewing her gum while I was trying to ask something. Everything bothered her. She kept complaining about everything. She kept making frustrating jesters and kept saying she was tired and want to go home. She kept rolling her eyes at me and my sister in law.She wasn't only rude to me but to other associates she was helping, it was their 1st day. Her name was Jade. Typical Kohl's selection and the staff is working on a bare bones retail budget, I'm sure. However, the dressing room floor was dirtier than most public bathrooms you will enter, dust bunnies that could be mistaken for actual bunnies. Attention management, there is something called a vacuum, as a matter of fact, you sell them, try breaking one one in the fitting room. Cheap and colorful clothes from China, well displayed and creatively marketed. A big store which never seems that busy. Nice selection if not overwhelming. Not cheap but not expensive. I ended up not buying anything although my friend did. Great specials and discounts as well as on line and email marketing. Everyone saves but I saved even more buy buying nothing. read more

BEWARE! If you used to shop at this Kohl's you will want to rethink your decision. This Kohls is under new management and their new customer service policy is to crack down on customers. I was shopping today for for my son who leaves for a six week camp. I asked them to honor the coupon that starts tomorrow (like they usually do) and the clerk said that the new manager was cracking down on all that and wont accept coupons before or after dates, and won't accept expired Kohls Cash after August 1st. I left the clothing at the store. Funny thing is, it was their previous customer service that always attracted me to the store, because I knew they would take care of me. Well, if they want to make it difficult to be customer, then I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This review is for the terrible customer service experience we had at the store today specifically for TAMI the lady that was supposed to be helping us. I would give her a zero if it was an option. She had horrible attitiude, did not want to do her job, and spoke to us rudely. My husband and I tried to stay as calm as possible despite the way she was talking to us. we have been loyal customers to this store for the past 10 years but were very disappointed today at the level of disrespect we encountered. If you want to work in customer service then you are expected to treat people with respect, if you can not do that then please go find you a different carreer. It's not a bad store and the customer staff seemed very friendly. The management staff was certainly something entirely opposite. When I was waiting to check out, the manager was, publicly, verbally abusive towards a customer about some sales that didn't start until black Friday. Calling them stupid and hillbillies, and ignorant C@#$ came out as well. Disturbed by that, I approached the manager and told him that it was entirely unnecessary to be verbally abusive to anyone and that there were better ways to address customers, wrong or not. Of course, he was verbally abusive to me as well. Contacting senior management at the Kohls Corporate offices apparently doesn't mean a whole lot either. Stopped in there and did a purchase the other day and inquired about that manager. The cashier told me that he was still there, abusive towards the customers and abusive towards the staff as well. Don't get me wrong, I understand that the customer isn't always right. but publicly debasing and being verbally abusive is not the way top run a business. Shame on Kohls for allowing that to knowingly continue. Customer Be Wary! read more
