The Inside is mainly filled with highly priced boutique clothing. Local designers predominately. Sprinkled in were shabby chic fixtures with candles, gourmet food items, jewelry and lots of adorable home decor. The woman behind the counter informed us of a seasonal sale upstairs as well. The merchandising is on point. Highly recommend for an occasion gift items or simply to sip a coffee and browse. Not many lower priced "impulse" products but seriously a place I'll return to next time I need a unique gift for a loved one.

Skis, boards, swag, birks..you name it. On top of the array of various accoutrement, the owners Michelle and Casey were so warm, helpful and knowledgeable. Michelle consulted with me about some Birkenstocks. Casey gave me a fitting and Michelle scoured the stock room and then gave me her card and was super casual and conversational throughout. She offered to custom order and provided me a decent time frame. Sunglasses, boards, shirts and the birks were all reasonably priced. This store offers everything for a true, upnorth experience.

I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the appalling experience my elderly father-in-law had at…read moreCraig Ryan in Petoskey. If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. This establishment shamelessly took advantage of him, charging an outrageous $600 for items that would cost no more than $75-$100 at any other reputable shop. My father-in-law, who was traveling with us for a wedding, needed a bow tie and suspenders for a wedding that evening. Instead of being treated with the dignity and respect that any customer deserves, he was exploited like a desperate tourist. He told them that his son was getting married and that he had left his bow tie and suspenders back in Rochester MI. They laughed and joked that it would cost him but insisted he was in good hands. They were not kidding, about it costuhg him. They sold him suspenders that didn't even work with his pants, further highlighting their lack of integrity and customer care. They sold him cuff links that would have been maybe $50-60 at a men's warehouse which were not needed since his shirt had buttons in place already or optional slots for the cuff. They also talked him into buying much more expensive suspenders that didn't even work with his pants. Even as he checked out he nervously asked if the price was serious as it was over $600 and when he was told yes felt pressured into completing the transaction. It's disgraceful to see a business engage in such predatory practices, especially towards an elderly man in his 60s. This isn't just bad business; it's outright robbery. Shame on this store for their unethical behavior. I urge others to steer clear and take their business elsewhere. This store does not deserve your patronage. You guys are DISGUSTING! You should take back the two unused items at the least and he'll keep his $150 bow tie
