My mother and I were at Kohls last night. We ended up closing the store. I understand that the…read moreworkers want to get out; but the supervisor or a whatever the girl was there was not friendly. She wasn't our cashier it was a nice gentleman whom handled our transaction well. The girl on the the other hand was to busy to really deal with us. Yes she folded clothes and put them in the bags but was to busy talking with an associate about a nail polish color and avoiding our existence as little as possible. We had two garments which one was lower than the other and we wanted to know why. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID THE UPCS WERE DIFFERENT! She gave us no specific reason why the prices were different just that it was to big of a difference for her to change it. My mom spends thousands of dollars in their store and for seven damn dollars they wouldn't lower the price. Really? I called today and the manager said they were different UPC well she never said that and it still doesn't excuse the way she treated us. Basically hurry up and get out attitude. Well lady have you ever heard of job security whom do you think keeps your job going THE CUSTOMERS!

Once you walk into this business it gives the nicest "PLEASE enter" feel ever. The original flooring was amazingly intact still and with every step I am sure there is a great story! The items are beautiful and so unique with the creativity behind them. I live near Detroit and let me say you will not find these items at the local boutiques. I could not agree more with the previous review; "What you get is what you pay for". These items are fun, one of a kind and will be the talk of your living space for years to come. If you are not trying to fill your home with cheap garbage you definitely need to visit "Spuds". Make sure to check all the corners and look up as there is something waiting just for you! I can't leave without commenting on the pleasantry of the staff. They were there to help with any questions and did not seem annoyed to do so, making small talk along the way. They went out of their way for an item I had purchased and could not have been more pleased with their outstanding service! Thank you Spuds; Wish more businesses were like this and catered to their "customers". I did not know this company was family owned, another perk and reason why I will purchase from them again! The Inside is mainly filled with highly priced boutique clothing. Local designers predominately.
