I would first like to say k love kohl's but I always shop online. This was my first actually attending the store in person. Everything went great for the most part. Until its time to check out. I got cashier #5 around 7:30pm-7:45pm on dec 15,2021 dark hair light-skinned girl, horrible eyeshadow with wing liner. For starters i walk up to the register and she's on her phone completely has no idea I'm standing there. Second i was purchasing a hot-wheels racetrack for my son so it was a very huge box i placed on the counter. I asked the young lady 3 TIMES, was this box opened or those it come this damaged and with all her sassy attitude she ignores the first two time, the 3rd time her rudeness come out her face and she says "i wouldnt know" with a very stink attitude and body behavior. She proceeds to then cancel my card payment with her huffing & puffing in a kinda petty type of behavior . She also remains completely quiet & irritated, i basically checked myself out. Long story short, the other cashier seemed very jolly and a lot more attentive. read more

This place has good prices but is in serious need of a renovation. It feels like you are walking back into the 1980s when you shop at this Kohl's location on Bay Parkway. Just seems dimly lit and you are breathing in stale air while shopping. It is good deals in an Alexanders department store (reference for you King Plaza people from the 80s) atmosphere. read more

Inexpensive and moderate quality merchandise. I only bought jeans here and only jeans. I found a pair of Levi's straight jeans for only 15 bucks! Definitely a steal. Great location as well, parking space is convenient and it's right by the Bay. There's also a pizzeria nearby so you could stop there for lunch. Toys R Us is next door, which means this place is perfect for a shopping date with the kids. read more

It's all about timing here. When the register line is long, you are in for a wait, but the managers often monitor the flow and open additional registers when needed/if they can based on staff, even throwing newbies on register and assisting them by their side in order to shorten the wait read more

This place isn't too bad. Good prices and they do have some cute things. Biggest drawback is that there's no petite department, and that's usually what's best about going to a department store is that they almost always have one. Needless to say I don't come here very often. read more

Kohl's is a great place to shop and find great deals. Vera Wang products are being featured here as well. I love that you can shop here and find amazing home items of great quality. You don't have to wait too long to find parking either. The only bad thing is the store is divided into two floors. Otherwise, the place is golden for the area. read more

I really like this store...yea sometimes finding sizes for the hubby is hard as the men's sections alittle unorganized but we manage fine, other then that I never have any issues here. They have damn near everything. House items, clothes for the whole family, jewelry, perfumes/makeup, shoes/sneakers, etc. I do alot of gift shopping here as well as personal shopping for my family. The prices are reasonable and I always get a ton of coupons in the mail which makes it even better at checkout. I've read complaints about the lines but like some mentioned it is a department store so that's to be expected however they move fast in my opinion. Overall definitely a fan and would rather shop here then in some of the more chaotic department stores like Macy's, etc. read more

Clean! For the most part, you can wheel away a cart load of items that are found at the clearance sections throughout the modestly sized department store. It's no Bloomingdales and not even close to Macy's but hey, you get to decorate your home and wardrobe with a minimum wager's salary and folks, that is absolutely fine by me! read more

i always knew there was kohls but I nver actually went into one and shopped. Amy first time recently because I wanted to get new towels and macys wasn't around. Kohls works just fine! It is similar to a macys or jc penny. This kohls is not crowded too you can take your time here, no lines. read more

I like this store. I would say, go here early on the days they have a sale, because it gets crowded, lines get really long, the racks and shelves tend to look like an apocalypse is coming. But everyone has the same idea, and Kohl's always seem to be having a sale. The store ends up a mess but they have good clothing except the plus-size section which is a disappointment with its granny-looking clothing. But me and my friend find jeans and clothing for her sons. The prices and savings you get here are unbeatable. read more

I'm usually shopping in this location at least two times a month and I'm usually satisfied with the items in the store, but today I had a strange experience at the register, the cashier Elmier at the register ask if I can fill out a survey on my experience shopping today, instead of having myself do the survey , she ask to do it herself that it would only take a minute I didn't even get a chance to look at the questions but I'm assuming she answered the questions in her favor I thought that was out of desperation on her part to do that.(unprofessionally training). read more

This is a review of my many visits to the Kohls location. There are always sales people on the floor so you can ask them questions anytime. The line to the cashiers are very organized. The cashiers that I had checked out my purchased all exceeded my expectations. Made sure my coupons were used properly to have the maximized discount. I always left with a smile here. Horribly rude returns representatives and managers! Ive been to this store many times and everytime i either over hear and have a situation myself where i witnessed the nasty additudes they have. I shop at Kohls mainly for its convenience to my home and its the only department store nearby. Their quality of clothing, linens & housewares is very good. Their sale days. using coupons on everything in the store, whether regular priced items or clearance, is a benefit. Their staff tries to maintain the women's clothing department in an orderly manner but I feel that they have too much merchandise available and not enough space to display and further their clearance department is overtaking the retail space and becoming very messy. It's hard to walk through with a shopping cart without pulling something off the racks or knocking over a display. I visit the store at least once a week and always purchase something because I like their products, but its becoming an overstocked retail space. read more

On Wednesday the 17th of April I decided to go to Kohls with my friend to use the $10 coupon, this coupon states that it can be used on anything and its one per costumer. When we went to wait on the line to pay for two different items, we saw another couple ahead of us that went together to the register and use two coupons on two items with two separate purchases. However when we arrived at the register we were rudely told that the coupon is one per costumer. Note that we were going to make two separate purchases and told the lady (Sandra) in advance. The conversation went like this "We are going to pay separately, so I'm going to use my coupon for this item and she is going to use it for hers, so two different transactions. The lady (Sandra) said "it's one per costumer" and kept saying it. We replied by saying "we are making two transactions" and then she rudely interrupts by saying "I'll let it go this time." YES, I know how to read, don't think just because of my race you assume I'm illiterate. The register lady kept saying "it's one per customer," so then I asked if we need to go on separate registers, the lady gave no response. So I'm here thinking, does she even know what she is saying herself? Are we not TWO people with TWO different items? I mean, if there's other restrictions like you can't use coupons if you are friends then maybe it should be stated or maybe you guys need to train your employees better. If this is how Kohls operate with this kind of manner, I will not be coming back ever. read more

I never saw a store so fifty everything especially clearance for women was on the floor. I refuse to spend any money for clothes people step on. I walked in and walked out. There is no camera in the women bra section security told me. No sales help around. Every thing is thrown around. I rather shop in a store that has better quality merchandise and spend a little more. Well here we go again, what can I say about this place that I haven't really already said from before, still really good prices but as was to be expected months after and yet still no change in their layouts,went there to get a jacket and a hat, got the hat but no jacket, it wasn't even anywhere in the store as they had told me on the phone like 2hours before, so I asked where is the jacket the lady told me well if you don't see it there then it must be in the back, alright then I said, well sir I can see that we have quite a few in the back, ok so why didn't you just bring them out, I don't have time to do that, ok so you went all the way in the back where the stuff is at, just to come back out empty handed after you asked me what size I wear then to say that you're very busy not doing anything at all but gossiping,then now come to find out from another person that they never even had the jacket at that location to begin with, don't think that I'll ever really go back here unless I really really need something asap. as far as I'm concerned almost everyone that works here should be fired including the people in charge of hiring and firing :) met a very lovely sales girl though so at least it wasn't all a complete waste :) read more

Kohl's is truly amazing. I live in a small Manhattan condo alone but I buy my curtains, bath stuff, plates, sheets and everything else for my house there. And then when I'm done, I go to the pizza Damore place right there after. They have amazing pizza. Anyway, I love Kohl's and it's cool how they sell everything I'm looking for there. read more

I am not sure if it's because this is where the old Caesar's Bay Bizarre was but something about this magical place makes me want to spend money and I don't say that often! This Kohl's is way better than all other surrounding ones. The parking situation can be a bit annoying around the holidays being that it is located around lots of other major stores (Best buy, Toys R us, Model's). Kohl's shopping cart situations seriously stinks, these carts will encourage you not to shop because when they are full they can be a pain to maneuver. The quality of items is great though, Kohl's is also notoriously known for marking up the price insanely so they can use a 70% off sign (that old gag, do not fall for it). Customer service is very helpful here too, if you buy something that goes on sale the next day or even the next week, bring in your receipt and they will credit you. When you're done shopping, take a stroll by the nearby water and enjoy watching the cargo and cruise-ships go by... read more

I don't shop here very often at all, once a year if that, but I came here this Labor Day weekend looking for some clothes that wouldn't break the bank and get some good deals but did not find any great deals, honestly - not if you shop in their women's department. I picked up three items from the Juniors section on sale. But honestly, the quality of their clothing surely has gone down downhill. I don't know why they stock the LC Lauren Conrad line as it has a lot of poorly and cheaply made fabric. Their Chaps, Vera Wang and Elle lines are way over priced. $59 for a Chaps sweater that also had a long thread ripped out on the back and they were still selling it! I could have cut the thread and asked for a discount and she said the discount is only 10%. I left it at Kohls. I spent $57 but not so impressed with the clothing, honestly. The clothing on the racks is wrinkled, disorganized and there is A LOT of it, so it makes looking for your size impossible. Good luck looking through any denim/pants. I won't come here again for another year. read more

This Kohls location sucks. It's by far the worse Department store I ever walked into in my entire life. This store location is literally like walking into a train wreck. There are clothes everywhere on the floor, store is mad dusty, clothing racks are always on top of me everywhere I turn so everything feels closed in, and fitting rooms especially are always a mess. A few times, I actually found dirty diapers and/or dirty menstral pads in the fitting rooms stuffed in corners #howsadandhowpathetic. And not to mention how unprofessional and rude most of the workers are there. Everytime I'm there they yap , yap and yap , and take out their problems out on their customers. They aren't 100% into fulfilling greatness to the customers. They don't go by the store motto of making customers expect great things. Not a good look. There's also a supervisor there by the registers by the name of Jacklyn who is cold and nasty to the customers and some creepy looking tall dude that's also by the registers who thinks it's a good idea to be belittling and real harsh to his associates in front of customers. Real classy #sarcasm. Lol. #sorrybutnotsorry. That's probably why the store been looking empty alot of times the past year and a half and why it looks half dead. Poor service and poor appearances like that are more than enough to drive business away. Get your sh** together, "team". Haha. Lol. Hopefully someone from that location will come across this and read this, and take this as motivation to do a hell of a lot better. Kohls is NOT a good company to order from online. As a long time shopper and store credit card holder I use to love Kohls, I know think differently. I am not home to receive packages so if I do buy something online I usually use my po box. With them they don't always let you so I had to send it to my address. Figured one day I could manage to change my work schedule for a package. What does Kohls do, they send it out in 5 packages, arriving 5 different times. 9 items in 5 packages. I can't be home 5 days to recieve all these packages, I have to work. Seriously who's home all the time to get packages. Also I can't send it to work as I work outside. I'm returning everything after this and they really wasted their money and time. Its been hell trying to take these packages down. Half I don't know where they are, half have not arrived. I'm done with Kohls. I also wrote a review on a product over a year ago online, said how it was not as described. Kohls contacted me saying there were to resend out the item as promised if they could remove my review. Guess what never got the replacement product. They lied to me and removed my review...
