As usual I was coming in to do an Amazon return. Of course I had to look in the sales rack. I always find something I love at a great price. I go to check out and I have to wait a minute or two. No big deal. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. Her name is Rachel and I recognized her from the last time I had been there. Same great service. All I can say is that the staff has always been friendly. It is one of the few stores left in Eastland Mall. They have survived and I'm grateful for that! The Amazon return staff has been great as well. Always. read more

Don't bother. You can't check out at mall entrance and forget anything dress professional in big n tall, or women's plus. Just work out gear and sweats. Never know what's from last year or the year before being brought out of their many back stocks throughout the mall. Never any current stock in the store. It should just close. read more

2 weeks before Christmas and 3 open registers with a line wrapped along entire back and side of the wall. 3 cashiers up front doing returns for about 10 people. Kohl's you are doing it wrong! You obviously don't care about the people who are buying things only those who want to get their money back! read more

When did the curbside pickup end?? Really, just let everyone figure it out. (put it on the website or something) Some of us have handicaps and a long walk through a busy store is torture. So after I figured out there is no curbside pickup I parked and made the long walk in, and all the way to the other side of the store for an online order pickup. Stand in line with 5 people in front and finally I was next. I was then told they had both orders but only one there. I would need to walk across the store to pick up the other one at the self pickup. Really! Ok another trip across the busy store and after a short wait I was told to just enter my code. What Code! She pointed and said its on the sign around the corner. So where does the code go?? She said go to your Kohls app and find your order and enter the code. Really when did this start?? So finally after getting my app and finding my order I was given a number to go find my package in a bin. After I found my order I asked the lady if that was it. No you have to go back to your order on the app to complete the pickup. So I finally completed the order and limped out of the store to the doors yet again on the other side of the store and i made the long walk back to my vehicle. I used to like Kohls but this to much. Anyone with mobility issues good luck. read more

Yea I usually go here to buy food clothes for any occasion but NEVER buy luggage here!! Over priced heavily!! For one 28' it's around 300-400$!! That's crazy!! When you could go to target, TJ maxx or Walmart for 80-150$. We even talked to a worker to see if it was correct.. it was. Very disappointed. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews but have looked at the reviewers and I wonder from all their negative reviews if they are just unhappy or just try to run this store down because they didn't get their way. My wife and I shopped here today and found; 1. The workers were helpful and pleasant. 2. The store was well stocked and was neatly arranged. 3. They honor their coupons and even tell you how to get the maximum savings. We will return to shop here the next time we are in Bloomington. read more

The employees are helpful but I couldn't believe how dumpy this store has gotten. I used to enjoy Kohl's but everything was crammed together and every aisle looked like a disaster. Obviously they are short-staffed, by design or from an inability to find staff. Either way, what a disappointment. read more

This is a pretty typical Kohl's that you can find throughout the US. He shoe department is my particular favorite in this store. Although the rest of the mall is dead, this store manages to stay constantly busy, most likely due to the low prices and Kohl's cash they offer. read more

I will assume that if you are reading this review, it's because you are unfamiliar with "Kohl's" or "department stores" in general. If you're familiar with either, read no farther. Just know that the 3 star rating reflects the quality: A-OK. Okay. If you are still reading, I will assume that you are new to the Bloomington-Normal area. So first let me extend a sincere, "welcome." I hope that you are enjoying our mid-sized-and-growing community here in Central Illinois. So, you're looking to dig up some information on Kohl's. There are numerous departments in this store (e.g. bathroom, men's casual, baby, kitchen) so you can shop for everything from slippers to kitchen appliances at Kohl's. Kohl's tries to stay competitively priced with mid-range products. Their stock quality would be a midpoint between K-Mart and Macy's. You'll notice this disparity in some departments (e.g. shoes) but not as much in others (e.g. baby clothes). It's in Eastland Mall, so go ahead and check it out for yourself. It seems to me that there are Kohl's loyalists and everyone else. Take it for a test drive and see which category you fall into. read more

Good quality products but the store in Bloomington, Illinois is a mess! Size on hanger doesn't match size on garment, different garments mixed together on racks, etc. Shoppers can be pigs, I realize, but employees need to keep after the mess! Store has noticeably deteriorated over the past couple years. read more

If you want to pay top dollar for junky merchandise Kohls us the store for you. Their pricing stands out as the most ridiculous I've ever seen. $40 kids pjs on sale 50% off!! Well $20 is about the basic no sale price. Give me a break. For those of you that want to spend money on over priced plastic shoes make sure you run to Kohls. They have many to chose from. Unreal. They may even give you some Kohls Cash so you feel less violated when you leave. If only I could give this crappy store zero stars.... read more

Don't bother shopping at this location. They do not honor the terms of their own coupons. I had 2 separate codes for the $10 off $30 coupons. I was told I could only use it once. I was not trying to use the same coupon code twice. I don't know why that was so difficult for the employee, Sarah, to understand. And, when I asked the manager, Mark, for help he looked like he was too busy to be bothered. He implied that it was dishonest to use the coupon more than once. Again, I was using different codes sent to each of my email addresses - nothing dishonest about that. Follow the terms of your coupons, kohls. Otherwise don't send your customers different codes to separate registered email addresses. Oh, and the worst part of the experience...Sarah had the audacity to whisper like a juvenile school girl to another employee about my not being able to use the code. I had nothing to hide and approached her to address the issue. She denied it, of course. I almost wonder if this location has an issue with minorities. I will not shop at this location again. They have no concern for their customers. Corporate has already been sent an email about my experience. Do yourself a favor and shop at Target locally. You will get better customer service and better quality products. read more
