Kohl's is a department store chain that sells clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and children as well as goods for the home such as bedding, bath linens, kitchenware, decor, and small furniture. This particular store is in Village Square Mall. When my husband and I shopped here, we both commented on how large the store was. I felt most interested in browsing the women's clothing, but I looked at very department. I found a nice jacket that was on sale for only $28. I also discovered that Kohl's sells my favorite brand of underwear--Calvin Klein--and that it was on sale. Yay! I will have to buy more here in the future. At the checkout, we experienced no problems with the machine or employee. One recommendation is that employees could say hello to customers throughout the store. Note that this Kohl's also has a Sephora and an Amazon return center. read more

I gave my granddaughter $130 to purchase perfume at Kohls a few weeks before Christmas so that she would get what she wanted. This was to be her big gift from grandma. I watched her open it via FaceTime Christmas morning. She was so excited until she popped open the lid and discovered someone had switched the perfume for another cheap bottle with a sticker still on it from TJ Maxx. She was devastated but I assured her the store would make it right since they had sold her a fraudulent item. My daughter took her to return it today and the manager would not return it. She had paid with her own money rather than a credit card so the manager could pull that off. This is dishonest and not to mention unethical and very unkind . Don't ever shop in a store that treats customers this way. It's sad what this world has become. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Kohls stole $130 from me and ruined a kids Christmas. read more

I shop here WAY more than I care to admit, as peaking into my closet will reveal. While this location is not the biggest Kohl's store ever, it's the closest to me, and despite the fact that its selection seems limited when compared to some of its bigger counterparts I always manage to find some new cute skirt or top to take home with me after a visit here; in the last few years I've also started taking advantage of their toys, home decor, kitchen and even holiday stock as well since these items often make for great presents for my family. In addition to the great select of clothes and other home shopping necessities, the changing rooms here are well maintained, the staff are usually very nice, and my family and I have never had a problem whenever we needed to visit the customer service desk for assistance. All in all, its flaws are pretty minor when I think about how much I absolutely love having a nearby store with clothes that are affordable but still of a reasonable quality (one of my dresses from here has lasted me five or six years now!). I returned a coat that had ripped. I've returned things before and was given a new product, but Meghannn was rude and took my kohl's cash away. While I understand that is policy, it is not a good policy. I've had the coat for 3 days and wore it once. Now I am without a coat that I was so excited to get and down $10. My neighbor was picking up an order and as we waited for her I just mentioned how annoying the policy was. I never mentioned it was Meghannn's fault and she suddenly jumped into the conversation, yelling and defending how it wasn't her fault and it was store policy. I simple stayed that I understood she was just doing her job. She continued to talk over me and treat me like I was a child. read more

I like this store. I wish they would change up their clothing selection a little bit. SImilar clothing too often. A nice size store and good sales. Customer service is alright there. The best thing they have goin for them is the coupons and free money. read more

Please note this review is of the Kohls Charge Service, and not this Kohl's Store in particular. So I usually love shopping at Kohl's and have one of the MVP shopping cards. In the past, I had been extremely happy with this service. Unfortunately, over the past year Kohl's has begun adding random charges to my account including some kind of Account Ease charge that I never signed up for. Also, they are charging me interest on a payment due to a problem with their website when I tried to pay in full. When I tried calling customer service, the woman was extremely unhelpful, and so was her manager. They said there was nothing they could do even though the interest resulted from their mistake, not mine. I've been a loyal Kohl's customer for over 10 years but it appears that they are trying get money from their customers any way they can. Needless to say, after this month, I will be paying my account in full, and cancelling my card with them. I'll find somewhere else to shop that doesn't take advantage of their customers. read more

Normally if you've been to one Kohls, you've been to them all, but today the service at this location really bothered me. I looked around the shoe department for a long time trying to find certain boots. There were two employees walking around and talking to each other. I made eye contact to try to alert them to my needing help, but they looked at me and ignored me. So no boots for me. And then when I was walking around in the cosmetics section, two employees were standing next to me restocking and talking, and then started talking about me. Two feet away from me. Pointing to my hair and saying I was "young and crazy". I turned around (yanno, cause I was TWO FEET AWAY AND CAN HEAR DECENTLY??) and they quickly changed their tune to "oh it looks nice!" I ran out of there and was not in any hurry to come back. read more

as I walked around looking for cargo shorts in the men's department for about 20 min absolutely no employee's offered any type of help,so I left with nothing, are the younger adults of this generation all being paid to check there cell phones! ! maybe next time I'll text the store for assistance. read more
