He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Being a "larger" gentleman, I appreciate that they stock extended sizes. My most recent visit to this store came about two weeks after a visit to the Pleasant Prairie outlet. The workers at this store were much nicer, and the store was much more organized. You know how on the racks for men's pants, they have those rings with the waist size? At this store, the 38" pants are actually in the 38" section! So are the 40" waist pants! Imagine that, you almost never see that. I scored some really nice button-down sports shirts for summer here for less than $20 each. Totally what I was looking for at a great price! dress-pants or suit separate pants can usually be found in the $30-40 range. Just be careful that there are also "non-clearance" items on offer. You may think you are getting a great deal, but a pair of boring khaki shorts should never cost over $40 "on-clearance". In general, Van Heusen is my go-to for middle-aged white-guy business-casual clothes to wear at the office. Hoo-ray!

It's a chill shopping experience with wide walkways, plenty of parking, and restrooms that are actually easy to find and clean. And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.

I went into The Madison West store and Mel held my hand (not literally), answered all my questions, and got me everything I needed. I know there are all kinds of rules about how a suit should fit, I did research and was looking at their 2 most expensive suits before I walked in, as they were closest to all wool. About six weeks before the wedding, we came in to pick out styles and register our bridal party. We received excellent customer service from the employee who helped us pick out styles. We chose a black checked vest and accouturements for the bridal party and family members. No matchy, matchy business here. My husband wore a matching ivory checked vest with an ivory shirt. It took us about an hour or so to register our party with their various needs (full tuxes or parts of tuxes). Two days before the wedding, the bridal party men and other family members picked up their tuxes. They only had one alteration to do, but it was manageable in the timeframe. For the wedding, the guys looked fantastic! Working with Men's Warehouse especially the Mequon location was great. We had no big problems or drama arise in the process. They were also understanding when my husband's bowtie was returned without the tux. They said it's a common occurence. All in all, Mequon's Men's Warehouse is a great location with a friendly, helpful staff and a wide selection of tux choices.

First person I spoke with told me dresses back in Aug- 2nd week and when I questioned it- as my wedding is the first week of September- another person came on and said June? I have very little faith this is going to end well. Customer service and communication can definitely be improved!
