I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

It's what your boss wants you to wear to work…read more Solid choice for the "business casual" office. I've been buying Van Heusen shirts and pants for years, and they have stood the test of time. Being a "larger" gentleman, I appreciate that they stock extended sizes. My most recent visit to this store came about two weeks after a visit to the Pleasant Prairie outlet. The workers at this store were much nicer, and the store was much more organized. You know how on the racks for men's pants, they have those rings with the waist size? At this store, the 38" pants are actually in the 38" section! So are the 40" waist pants! Imagine that, you almost never see that. I scored some really nice button-down sports shirts for summer here for less than $20 each. Totally what I was looking for at a great price! dress-pants or suit separate pants can usually be found in the $30-40 range. Just be careful that there are also "non-clearance" items on offer. You may think you are getting a great deal, but a pair of boring khaki shorts should never cost over $40 "on-clearance". In general, Van Heusen is my go-to for middle-aged white-guy business-casual clothes to wear at the office. Hoo-ray!

Johnson Creek Premium Outlets - Johnson Creek, WI…read more This mall always comes through when I need a little retail reset. It's clean, easy to navigate, and has a great mix of stores--whether you're looking for budget-friendly deals or brand-name finds. I've scored amazing pieces at places like Nike, Old Navy, and Bath & Body Works (and the clearance racks be rackin' ). One thing I really appreciate is that it's not overwhelming. It's a chill shopping experience with wide walkways, plenty of parking, and restrooms that are actually easy to find and clean. It's not a "huge" mall, but it's just right when you want to get out, walk around, and treat yourself without driving too far or dealing with crowds. Great for quick stops or a slow weekend browse. Definitely a go-to for our household!

Date of visit: August 30, 2024…read more I tend to visit this outlet mall far less than all the others on account of not heading this direction as often as I am towards Pleasant Prairie or Oshkosh, but also because this mall is much smaller than the others. And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.

I went into The Madison West store and Mel held my hand (not literally), answered all my questions, and got me everything I needed. Explaining why the one that felt a little wrong looked much better, which is what I NEEDED him to do. I know there are all kinds of rules about how a suit should fit, I did research and was looking at their 2 most expensive suits before I walked in, as they were closest to all wool. I'm overweight and I ALWAYS buy baggy loose-fitting clothes because I hate tight clothes. I NEEDED to be steered in the correct direction, and Mel did that, He was GREAT! I don't complain or complement unless it's extreme. I usually handle everything myself, but this was outside my area of knowledge... fashion, lol. I DESPISE clothes shopping! This was SO MUCH EASIER thanks to Mel!

I have been a customer here since the store opened, and it has gone downhill badly over at least…read morethe past five years. Their inventory is reduced, it seems there is a smaller staff, and at times the fitting rooms are dirty with pins ill over. Now I find they primarily stock "modern cut" suits, which are great if you're athletic, but if you need a classic or executive cut, which fit the majority of American men, you likely have to go to a more metropolitan location. I went to the Brookfield location and it looked like the Grafton store used to: bustling with customers and staff, and plenty of inventory. I won't waste my time going back to the Grafton location.

My husband and I used Men's Wearhouse in Grand Chute and Grafton. The communication amongst both was horrible, one store would tell us one thing and the other something different. Everyone was fitted/ordered prior to the deadline. The pick up time was 3 days prior to our wedding. Out of our 6 reservations, 5 suits didn't fit and were stained in multiple spots. The bride's father's suit jacket was too large and had multiple large stains. The groom's father's suit did not fit at all and had to be completely reordered. The staff was not confident it would be here for our wedding. The staff at Grafton said they would hand deliver it on the wedding day by 11am, if it was available. Therefore he had to drive an hour to Grafton and back on the wedding day to pick up all of the reorders. 3 of the groomsman suits were either too small or too large and had to be reordered. With only 3 days to reorder, we were lucky the suits even made it on time for our wedding. And thankfully the groom's father ran to pick up the orders. After we returned the suits we brought up our concerns to the Grand Chute location with all of the issues that occurred. We were told that the day manager would speak with the location manager for a resolution and get back to us. A week passed so, we called the customer service line to see if there was an update, because the Grand Chute location wouldn't answer. They came to a resolution that all the reservations would get 50% off due to all of the issues and caused stress on our wedding day. We were told they would be issued in 2-5 days. 5 days passed and no one received their refund. Called again to see why the refund was not issued. Was told it was due to the way our wedding party paid and they said they would issue a check and mail it. 4 days passed and there is no check in the mail, called back to see what the hold up is and was told we should have them in hand already and nothing they can do on their end and it will be 21+ days for the checks because they were having issues on their end. The communication amongst their so called customer service and stores/managers is horrendous. Nothing but lies and talking to different people that have no clue what is going on. I'm assuming they are hoping we would just forget about all of the issues and the refund. Unfortunately, we would never recommend using Men's Wearhouse for your wedding or prom. Or for any of your suit needs. Stay away from them unless you want unnecessary stress and just a hassle. *Will update review as everything gets fully resolved.
