Kohl's is a mess. I do not order online for shipping, as they lost my order and shorted me on my refund, and NEVER returned my kohls cash. Well I thought I was safe ordering for pickup. I got a gift card for my birthday and saw a cute purse online that was available for pickup. I placed my order and 2 hours later kohls canceled it. Now I have no gift card. I have been told 3 different things. First, my gift card will be reloaded in 2-3 days. Second, I will receive a new gift card within 14 days.. and last, I will receive a new gift card in the mail in 30 days. Absolutely ridiculous! You canceled my order now give me back my gift card. This Kohl's location has been amazing. I've been coming here for the past 5 years and I've always had an extremely positive experience. The selection of clothing available here is outstanding, so much to choose from! Shirts, trousers, shoes, suits, you name it, Kohl's has it! What I love about Kohl's is that their prices are always low, which is ideal if you're looking for some bargains. Their clearance section is also fun to rummage around in, you can find lots of hidden gems. The staff that work here are always very friendly and welcoming. A couple of weeks ago I needed to make an Amazon Return to this Kohl's store. It was hot and I was in pain when I stepped inside looking for a riding cart which wasn't there. A customer service person came to me and directed me to a close service desk where she quickly took care of the return. Then, without asking, she quickly helped me further in an amazingly caring and sensitive way. Her actions left me feeling that Kohl's must really care about their customers to hire such a wonderful person; she was a light in a dark world and gave me hope that day and a desire to tell others that Kohl's is a good place to go. Okay, so I might be a little biased as my sister used to work here, but in all honesty this has to be the best Kohl's that I have ever been to. The staff are always helpful, nice and hard at work. They have a large amount of clearance items in the women's section and they work with some great brands. Most items are affordable and they are always having friends and family discounts and sales. Check out is usually pretty fast and they have multiple check stands open, which is a plus. I especially love that they have an Amazon return station as it makes returning items fast and easy. This is definitely my go to for returns and takes less than 5 minutes depending on the line of people. Kohls has lost it's edge in the retail world, no matter the location. You give a coupon to your customers but you limit it to your brands only, the name brands are excluded. So you must read the signs posted to see if included or excluded. Then you allow stealing to happen while we stand in line as paying customers and no one of your staff can do anything about. Ordered a few pairs of athletic shirts and tops for the increasingly hot weather in Denver. I opted to do the "curbside" delivery option. The process was great! After I pulled my car in front of the store, I called the number on my receipt email and gave my order number. An associate with a mask came out with all my items in one plastic bag. I opened the trunk of my car, he placed the items there, and I was good to go. This Kohl's is taking all the necessary precautions and I really appreciate the no contact service. Oh, Kohl's, you think you are so sly with your sales and coupons and Kohl's cash, but even with all of those little ploys, I still pay less at Target and WalMart. I will however say, I do love your picture frame sales and variety. This is the one good thing I can say about Kohl's; your frames and prices on them are pretty good. The store is neat and clean and the restrooms are kinda sophisticated for a store. The staff has never been too superb or too dismal, they have been just right. They baby and toddler clothes are very swayed in the girl direction and I find it hard to get some boys clothes at a good price here. The women's area is geared toward the older woman for sure and there is not much for those between 25-40. Overall, if you are Kohl's lover, you will like this Kohl's a lot. Don't come here without a coupon. You can literally always find one online or even in their store. I got a pair of FILA compression shorts, white summer jean shorts, and Lauren Conrad flats from here. There's a great selection of house ware (Kitchen Aids and utensils) as well as men & women's clothing. I don't prefer to come here for house stuff as much as I prefer Target but their clothing options are decent and there's always a sale. My flats were @ first super uncomfortable but are now very comfortable about being broken in. read more

Horrible customer service. This place is a flat out disgrace to Kohl's. Realized that I had Kohl's cash that was going to expired and I happen to be on this side of town. I went to buy a KitchenAid mixer and it was quite a bit more than I had just seen it at Target but I wanted to use my Kohl's cash, the 15% coupon I had an put it on my change card so I did my due diligence and quickly did a search to see if they price matched. Kohl's website confirmed that they do. When I went to customer service I was told that they don't. When I mentioned that was conflicting information since their website says that they do I received an eye roll and a sigh and then she push her little button on her head set to check with her manager (this was all at customer service not at a register). She then said "fine, if it's the same model and color and you can prove it" I replied" that was fine. It is the same model, color and I have it pulled up right here on my phone from Target". She then rolled her eyes at me again and said "nope, paper ad or nothing at all". At this point my 2 & 4 year old were done as was I. I walked out and bought it at Target next door where I was initially just going to go grab an ad but I just couldn't give Kohl's $200 after that. read more

If I could rate lower I would. Never have I experienced such a gross display of service. I was purchasing 4 pairs of pants. After asking about a sale price "buy 1 get 1 for $1" that was on display I showed the clerk who proceeded to argue that it must belong to other merchandise. The promo card was prominently displayed in many surrounding items of the Dockers shelves, and he said very openly that I need to learn how to read because the digital display was different. I asked for a manager who was standing right there and just got a blank stare. The neighboring cashier found the whole thing funny, laughing and adding insulting commentary. He'd already run into the back of me with push carts which he found hilarious. In no instance was there an apology from anyone. Needless to say I left and will not purchase ANYTHING from ANY kohl's ever again. My name is Vicki P. and I am addicted to Kohl's Cash, coupons, sales, and clearance. I also like shopping in a clean and well-organized store. And by shopping in this LEED Gold certified building, I'm doing something good for the environment. Or at least that's what I tell myself. I'm an addict, you know. Not only can I outfit and accessorize myself at Kohl's but I can pick up all kinds of furnishings and decorations for my home as well. This store has a wide selection of home goods for the every room in your house, including your patio or deck. They also carry tons of seasonal holiday items for every holiday of the year. Maybe what I like most about this Kohl's store is the excellent customer service I receive from the helpful and attentive staff each time I shop. During my most recent visit, I had a issue with a gift card not being activated. This was discovered only after the cashier rang up my entire purchase. Though she called Kohl's Gift Card Central (or whoever it was) for authorization to activate the card, they were unable to do so. She apologized profusely and had to void my whole transaction and send me to the customer service counter at the back of the store. The store manager (Joe) was at the customer service desk and was also unable to activate the gift card. He did take off another 15% from my purchase "for my hassle today" and had someone ring me up again at customer service instead of sending me back to the cash register at the front of the store. As it turned out, the inactive gift card had nothing at all to do with Kohl's but was the result of my husband's inattention as he rang himself up at King Soopers (thanks anyway, Honey, it was a lovely thought). Still, those Kohl's employees did everything they possibly could to assist me that day and I always appreciate it when someone takes the time to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. read more

A Kohl's is a Kohl's if by any other name, though one cannot rate each Kohl's all the same. I'm a semi-regular Kohl's shopper, as they can have some superb deals and a good selection of men's clothing. I'm a fan of the Apt. 9 line that they carry, and they have a great selection of kitchen and bedroom items. This particular location always seems to be busy. The last time was no exception, which was a normal Saturday with a line 15 people deep on both sides of the store. Quite frankly, I don't like shopping at any of the stores in this center, as they're always crazy busy. But it's my nearest Kohl's, and they still got the goods. Plus the ladies checking everyone out were still friendly despite how busy the store was. read more

Rant. Let me tell you NOT to use Kohl's ONLINE. First and foremost, anyting under $300 will cost you the return shipping. Yep, it's 2020 (sadly) and this MAJOR retailor during this turbulate financial time doesn't bother to send you a return lable. They make you pay for it. In a recent experience, I purchased a duvet and duvet cover thinking, yay! great deal, after using my Kohl's cash & their sale. Um, no. When the (name brand BTW) duvet got here it was thin and cheap. The duvet cover, while pretty, was suitable (maybe) for summer, as it was light weight. I also noted that the cheap cotton probably would have bled like Aunt Flo when you washed it. I literally didn't take it out of the bag, I could tell it was that bad. So, I call Kohl's, I thought it was a matter of simply calling for a return lable, I mean, after all, literally EVERYONE else does. After a climb like Mount Everest through the entire "floor" staff of the customer service department I get bubkis, actually that's not true, I get the offer of a $50 credit on Kohl's cash. Em? no. So, having been a corporate exec as well as then my own business owner, I craft a polite, yet firm letter to CORPORATE. This is after I get a snarky Email from them. BTW, I had to leave 3 messages on their "Corporate Help line". Luckily we had an aquaintance happen to be up from Denver. I sent the products down with them so my Mom could pick it up. Talk about a pain in my ass, as well as my mother's! To further insult me the damn credit didn't even show up! NOW, Corporate is offering me $20 (in Kohl's cash)!!! The bottom line? With retailers closing doors left and right let's face it, you're next. I am closing my account (of 22 years) and striking this retailer off my list of places to shop. I wanted to warn others so they aren't stuck paying outragous return shipping for subpar merch. read more

Kohl's decreases in quality each time I visit. From hippy teenagers standing around doing nothing but chatting, to the poorly staffed customer service desk, to the selection of clothing - it's all disappointing. The managers need to step up. Every time I come, there are more disappointed customers. They'll be out of business before they know it if they don't change their employees soon. There are maybe 2 employees that have a good head on their shoulders. The rest, including management, have no clue what they're doing and it's apparent. My business is lost. read more

Kohls is Kohls. They've got their little tricks and tactics to get you into the store and give you discounts and Kohl's cash. Fine, but even with all that, you still are paying about the same as you would elsewhere. When goods are marked way up, it doesn't matter if they're 30% off or 50% off. They're still the same price after discount as they would be at other stores. They have nice stuff, and the store is well organized. One cool thing they do is have electronic displays on most of their shelves or tables to display the discount. Its a neat tech incorporating trendy little tactic. They aren't bad, but they aren't good. This place is just a 3/5, its A-OK. read more

I have been a Kohl's customer for many years. I'm on their email list and got an email stating that Adidas and Under Armor (their Best Active Brands) were on sale for 25% off. I went in and found a new pair of Adidas workout shoes. Upon checkout, I learned that these shoes weren't 25% off, that discount was only for "selected styles". Okay, well I will at least get the 20% for "Friends and Family". Nope, that doesn't include Adidas. So, there was no discount on the shoes AT ALL and they were $70. So, I didn't buy them and was very disappointed in the methods Kohl's used to get me into the store. At a minimum it is false advertising and I don't think I will go back to a Kohl's ever again. read more

In general, I like Kohl's. They have nice clothes, shoes, and household items and reasonable deals. For the particular location, the majority of the store is clean and well organized. My main issue is that the shoe section is incredibly disorganized. I'm not sure if this is a result of remodeling the section, but this has been the case both times I have visited in the past 2 weeks. If this issue was resolved, my opinion of the store would be much higher. read more

We went to this store to buy a specific suit for a wedding. I have never seen such disorganization in my life and never at a Kohl's. The pants were all mixed in with other suit designers. And when I say mixed in the pants were found on 6 different racks. The jackets the same way! We gave up and went to your Hamden location in Aurora and everything was very organized. I just moved here from Texas and I am a frequent shopper of Kohl's, however it looks like I won't be as often as I use to be. I like easy and short trips, I don't like driving way out of my way and this store although close is a disaster. read more
