Once her hair was dyed and came out orange the stylist told us that her hair couldn't get to the color of the photo. Still she reassured us that she would get as close as possible once they toned it. Once the process was all done and 3.5 hours had passed we saw that her hair was not only not close at all to the photos color but not blended at all. A straight line in the back clearly showing the brown from the blonde. Still we were being nice but obviously didn't want to pay full price for a botched hairstyle. We asked to speak to a manager when Anna showed up and started yelling at us saying we had to pay $140 for botched hair. We tried to reason with her but she kept speaking nasty to us saying well where do you work don't you understand that people make mistakes? To which we replied we do understand but also the customer is always right and when you botch someone's hair you don't make them pay that! Another customer was there to whitness this and also agreed that we shouldn't of payed and even stated she would be just walking straight out rather than being nice to them like we had. We ended up paying because the manager was quite threatening towards us but are currently reaching out to corporate to make a formal complaint on not just the store but specifically the manager who was so unprofessional and rude that she was making us cry.

The coupon said it could be combined with rewards so I never would have anticipated the issue and attitude I got from Abby, who told me she was a manager, that she told me multiple times that she couldn't make it work, and finally that I was stressing her out so she was going to help another customer. I will admit that after she said "did you not hear me" in a snippy and sarcastic tone, I did get upset and asked "did you really just say that to me?". She called up Beth, the store manager, and we had a very pleasant exchange. I explained the issue and she was able to fix it with no problem. I get that people get stressed out and at first she was trying to help, but when she couldn't figure it out, she should have just asked for help instead of repeatedly berating me.

Scarborough location-my sister and I shopped there yesterday, the last day of the sale. The store…read morewas very busy, we were NOT in a rush and my sister went with the intent to purchase 3 pair of Dansko shoes-all with a retail price of $140.00. The person who waited on us kept rushing us, although she was decisive and knew exactly what she needed and wanted, so there was NO reason to rush through communication with us. The 3rd pair she tried on was the only correct size in that style, but had been a display shoe and was badly scratched. We asked if he could check inventory in another store (as that had been offered to my the previous day, during the sale). He got rather indignant about it and said they were too busy to call. I reminded him that he could do an electronic look up, as that had been done for me. He said he had done that and gave us some convoluted explanation that made no sense. I then asked if he could put in an order with Dansko as I know a nearby competitor with only one store does that routinely. He said absolutely not, they never do that. So, she bought her 2 pair and we left. We then went to the Falmouth LW location, which I will review separately as it was a VERY different experience.

They have a really solid shoe selection, I will give LW that! I wore them a bit at home and determined they were much too big. In the store I was told the boots only came in whole sizes, but a quick internet search confirmed they came in half sizes. I feel like I coerced into buying a much bigger size than I needed because they didn't have the half sizes. I returned 2 days later to return with no hassle. The store has a lot of parking and offers nicer shoes than any other shop in the area IMO. Another shopper complained about the service to me and that she'd been in 2 days in a row in an attempt to find a sales associate free to assist her. I'm glad they have a lot of customers, but hopefully there can be more emphasis put on the customer experience since the shoes sold are premium shoes and come at a premium price.

Whomever the GM of the store is should be applauded because they did a soft opening a weekly early and since the official opening this place has been hopping. The most difficult part of going to this location is finding parking. FYI: This is the former location of K-Mart for those wondering. Store is well organized, staff is very attentive to organization and keeping the shelves in order. Staff is friendly, they offer great quality bags at $0.05 and the self-checkout option makes it easy to grab wha you need and checkout quickly. This is now my go-to Target.
