I went in to purchase some socks, and they did not have ankle socks in stock out of a whole entire wall. I went to checkout to purchase a dog toy and the cashier on register 5 seemed like he hated working there and did not even attempt to solve the problem when the price rang up wrong and always contacted someone else to help. A solid 5, visited last week with a return that we had purchased on line and shipped to the house, effortless. Solid employees at the customer service counter, friendly and helpful. Shortly afterwards we purchased (on line) the proper product and store pickup was available. Based on our previous experience with the return we decided to give that option a try and were not dissatisfied one bit. In and out in less than 10 minutes, friendly customer service employees, painless pickup. I've never had an issue with the value of Kohl's products and they have always been helpful with returns and exchanges. read more

I ordered some sheets online for pickup. Super easy to do and they let me know when the order was ready. When I went to pick up my order I spent time walking around the store. It was very neat and well organized. The prices were competitive and there were some great sale prices. Picking up my order was very easy and the pick up location was right at the front of the store. I came in this evening just hoping to find a piece of jewelry for a birthday gift. The few things I found were highly overpriced. We had just settled on a necklace and were headed up front when the manager came around the corner yelling that they were closed and she needed me to find the door. I was looking for the correct direction. I knew we had come in by a register and Sephora, I just couldn't remember which way to go. So I replied, "I know. I'm just trying to find the right way to the register." The employee with her began to snicker and the manager yelled "no the door is that way". We put the necklace on a shelf and walked out. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

I'm not at all impressed with this store. It is chronically understaffed and disorganized. The management is dismissive and uninterested. The displays are dusty and there are even dust-bunnies roaming the floors of the fitting rooms. The Kohl's Bucks are the only reason to keep coming back. read more

I was in kohl's the other day, in the check out line. It was unbelievable how this (mgr) employee talked to another employee- it was so degrading! She spoke to her like she was a moron. I told the girl I sympathized with her having to deal with such an intolerant bully at work. No wonder they can't find good employees, if someone talked to me like that, I'd walk out! read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went to return a jewelry item and online it states I can get the full price back in store credit. Went to the line for returns, and the woman said I needed to go to the jewelry counter to return. I went over and stood for five min. Several employees walked past me and didn't offer to help me. I went back the the return line and told her there was no one up there. She seemed annoyed and said well I guess I can do it here. She handed me a receipt that said 19.00. The item price was 30 dollars! Ridiculous! I told her nope just give me the jewelry back. She didn't apologize at all. I will never come to this location ever again. And based on the reviews a lot of people won't. Oh and I'll be telling everyone I know. read more

Today is March 17th, 2021. Happy St. Paddy's Day! Figured I'd do some spring shopping at Kohl's. Fitting rooms are still closed! Macy's rooms are open, Bloomingdales rooms open, Old Navy rooms open, etc. Why are Kohl's fitting rooms still closed? I understand why this time last year, but not now. They are lagging behind the rest and I have to assume that in store sales will suffer for it. I purposely want to go to the store rather than order on line because I need to try on. I'm certainly not going to make a trip to the store, go home, try on, possibly have to return to store, re-purchase, repeat. I would think at this point that would be more unsafe. No? We are all socially distancing, wearing masks and dressing rooms are private. Not sure I see what the problem is? I'm all for being safe during this pandemic but I had an armful of clothes to try on, never anticipating the fitting rooms would still be closed. I had maybe $100 in a possible purchase. Put it all down and left. Let us all know when you re-open your fitting rooms. Right now your competitors are offering similar items at equivalent prices and customers can try on. I was disappointed in this Kohls store. Most of the time you can expect decent prices and a clean store...neither was present here

Not the cleanest of stores I would hope to come across. Also, when looking for specific socks in the men's section I struggled to find them. After a short time time searching I find what I'm looking for, only for the socks to be women's and youth in the MENS section. Pretty disappointed in seeing not only the socks I was looking for, but other things, put in places they weren't supposed to be in. read more

This used to be my chosen Kohl's location, but, my last two visits have been extremely frustrating. The people waiting on you at the service desk are not helpful, not friendly, not caring about keeping your business, have an arrogant attitude and are condescending. I had NEVER experienced this before and I have shopped at this Kohl's since it's opening. Sad to say but I will not be shopping there again, I will have to travel farther to another location but I won't put up with people at this service desk ever again! Sherry R. read more

I do want to start this review by saying I worked at this location for about 4 years while I was in college so I believe this is the reason leaving a review has been weighing so heavily on me. To start, the store was filthy. Cobwebs, dust bunnies, trash in weird places (i am sure from customers), the fitting rooms were atrocious clothes EVERYWHERE, and I tried all 3, dirt, and again dust bunnies that were scooting across the floor when there was air flow. The clothes on shelves and four ways were an absolute wreck too! nothing was in sized order (this was a big deal to our store manager when i was there) and there was absolutely no method to any of the displays! I even had a dress that i finally dug through and found that i liked, went and tried it on, and there was a huge oil like stain on the front. My fiance and I were at this store for about an hour and honestly never saw or heard from any employee (minus the jewelry counter, and POS) during our whole visit. I will say the men's side of the store looked exceptionally better than the women's but i was not in that dressing room. Also, the make up area was very clean and organized. Needless to say we left and went to a different store. I am hoping that maybe the store is short handed and going through a phase but I will say a lady manager stood up by jewelry for most of our visit and didn't once say hey to anyone, pick up, fold, or size anything while she stood in the middle of the explosion. Again, I have worked retail, and even with this exact customer base. :( hopefully they get it figured out soon. I am sure I am not the only customer that has taken my business elsewhere. read more
