These 12 year old Iron Rangers 8111 have seen some things, but I brought them in for a re sole with Traction Tred and the results were outstanding. They estimated the work would take 8 to 10 weeks, and somehow returned them to me in just 5 weeks. Faster than the Kessel Run and twice as satisfying. The boots came back cleaned, refreshed, and looking incredible while keeping all the hard earned character they built over the years. The new soles make a huge difference. They are more comfortable, have excellent grip, and feel like the boots leveled up without losing their identity. This is what proper craftsmanship looks like. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knew their craft. If your Red Wings are in need of a second life, this is the place to bring them. The Force is strong with this store. Highly recommend.

He was attentive to what I was looking for and quickly showed me different options to help narrow it down. As I was shopping, he was even taking items from me and getting a fitting room ready. He was warm, supportive, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Once I was in the fitting room, Janessa was very helpful. She made me feel confident when I wasn't sure about sizing or fit, and she was great at troubleshooting and helping me figure out the little details to pull everything together. Both Laron and Janessa were kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find what I needed. The customer service was exceptional, and I'm already completely in love with my Aritzia finds... honestly, thanks to these two.

When I finally found the store, I went in and found an employee by the cashier desk. I told him I was picking up an order for hiking boots, gave him my name, and another employee just walked in the back w/o saying a word to pick up my order. The employee came out with my order, and they told me to have a nice day. Not much interaction from the staff at all. The store itself is nice and they had great sales on Jeans 50% off. The value of the American Eagle Outfitters clothes is always worth the price from what people tell me. It is a great product and they have a good selection. The hiking boots were terrific and a great price. I cannot wait to try them on and go hiking. I personally do not shop at American Eagle Outfitters that much, but when I did see the sale price for the Timberland suede hiking boots, I just had to get them for myself. I do not see myself shopping at American Eagle Outfitters again anytime soon, but it is a nice store with good products. It is more tailored towards teenagers and college students, but it is worth the time and money to check it out.

Except this animal-named site charging triple the price, and that sketchy resale/auction site with different sellers and mostly shipping from China - no way! Then I found Englin's Fine Footwear after days of searching. I was nervous, never heard of them. Turns out they're a local Indianapolis company. They had three sizes left; my daughter's an 8.5, but coworkers said to size down. They had an 8. I was so happy, I ordered them after agonizing over whether the site and shoes were legit. I opened them right away - real Uggs, perfect quality! But then I worried they'd be too small. Everything I searched said to size up, and they were sold out by this time! I emailed customer service, freaking out, asking if they'd get more. They weren't sure but said I could return them within 365 days. Christmas morning, they fit perfectly! After dazzling them up, she wore them all day, then all day again last weekend. She says they're super comfy, no sore feet. It's her first pair of Uggs, and I think she's hooked. Thanks, Englin's Fine Footwear, for saving my holiday and for the awesome customer service!
