Still trying to decide if the glow paint jungle walls are tacky or awesome...
    Easy C.

We found this place by chance. There was a decent sized crowd at the outside seating area so we got in line and headed inside. It is very dark inside. Just follow the Holiday lights and watch out for the glow-in-the-dark tigers and other painted murals that leap out at you. The only reason we decided to try this place is because we didn't feel like wandering around for an hour trying to find a place that looked decent. After we were seated, we promptly ordered two vegetarian meals. Accustomed to being routinely disappointed by cheap, poorly flavored, and prepared Asian cuisine back in the states, I did not expect much...but my grumbling tummy begged me to press on with an order. The Pat Pak King and Tzai Satey if I recall correctly. Both dishes had been very good. I was a bit concerned about the level of heat. But it turned out to be hot and not fire breathing, and had really great flavor. The service was awful. One glass of water and that was it. This guys (me) puts away at least a pitcher on his own let alone the rest of the table. So big mistake there. Had to really flag the waitress down to get the bill. This may be a European thing so I tried not to let it get under my skin. All in all pretty good. Everyone looked to be having a good time. If we ever ran out of new places to eat in Stockholm I believe we would go back.

I was torn about this place. Service was iffy. They mistakenly delivered a bowl of soup that we hadn't ordered, there ended up being a hair on one of the entree plates, and apparently, it's not possible to order the Thai coffee without alcohol in it, but that said, we did end up enjoying our meal all the same. I ordered the papaya salad, which was listed as very hot, but was just "regular" spicy. Still good though. I also ordered the fried spring roll appetizer, which was good, and then a stir fry seafood and mixed veggie dish, which was really good. My friend ordered the Tom kha soup with chicken (I'd wanted Tom yum soup, but apparently you could only get that on the dinner menu), and a stir fried pork with egg noodles. I had to ask for a side of fish sauce since they only had Maggi sauce on the tables. Ambiance of the place is meant to suggest a tropical vibe. A bit of a head scratcher. We're in town for another 36 hours and may try this place again to see if the second time is the charm.

Loved the atmosphere, food & drinks!

Rude staff. Cold food. Just very disappointing. We also got overcharged on our bill. Never again.

Went for lunch. Not the best Thai in the world, but a solid lunch. Reasonable prices for the area.

I asked for my dishes to be Thai Spicy, and was very pleasantly surprised that (1) She didn't try to talk me out of it, just said OK, and (2) She actually brought deliciously Thai Spicy food. Often it's a fight to get Thai restaurants to serve you their food with real heat in Europe or the US. I got their red curry with chicken, which was quite pleasant, and a very good stir fried pork dish (I forget the name, the menu was in Swedish only and she was translating). The restaurant was very nice inside and well maintained, and the staff was really pleasant. I highly recommend if you are in Stockholm craving a spicy Thai break from all the delicious Swedish meatballs!

Don't eat at a restaurant that treat you like second citizen unless you're Thai. Let me set the stage. My sister was visiting and she wanted Thai food and I said okay we rarely see each other. We came into the store during lunch others and she wanted the main menu. We were denied the main menu because it was lunch hours and the staff inform us it starts at 14.00 OR 14.30. We asked if we could maybe order now and come back later of which they declined so we come back at 14.00 and we were handed our seats and menu, fast forward to 14.30 we're growing extremely hungry because its apparent they forgot us. At 14.45 i manage to wave down a waiter, I told her we've waited for 45mins at this point.. She proceeds to apologize for forgetting and takes our order (side note: we ordered 2 sticky rice) 30mins later we recieve part 1 of our food 15mins after that we recieve part of what's rest. So at this point 45mins later we recieve the final bit of our order..? Except we're missing our sticky rice?? We inquire what happened with it and they say its gonna take another 15 to our surprise and horror and they proceed to ask if we still want it. Well at this point we begrudgingly accept it. But then they come back a few minutes later and tell us its all out?! At this point we can't be asked to care since the meal is basically finished.

We love Thai food and this place did not disappoint! Our girls are picky eaters and heartily ate through our orders. Everything was fresh and super flavorful. I love that it was more saucy than we are used to. It got super busy and there seemed to be only one server but he did a great job checking in and making sure everything was going well. Our Basil chicken was delicious with tons more vegetables than typical in the same dish in California. Our Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were also super tasty. They were less sweet than we are used to but just as delicious.

Creative ambiance - more eclectic hippie than strictly Thai (think Thai buddhas, Himalayan pink salt lamp, and colorful dream catchers) - overall very cozy and welcoming. I was ordering with a spice-sensitive 4yo, so I made the conservative choice of pad Thai (chicken). This ended up being super delicious - perfectly balanced salt-sweet-tart flavors, fresh herbs, plenty of veggies, and nice presentation. We also enjoyed the banana pancake with ice cream. I've traveled in Thailand and generally opt for "Thai spicy" items, so I know pad Thai/banana pancakes are only authentic as "backpacker fare" - but this place offers satisfying examples of these dishes in a lovely environment. Next time we visit, I'll try ordering my own entree to explore their spicier options. :)
