I reached Matt Leach, and what a world of difference. He sounded annoyed from the minute he picked up the phone, and was dismissive, condescending, and combative through our entire conversation. I explained that my boss would like his residential fire suppression system tested for peace of mind and Matt gave me 101 reasons why he didn't want to do the job. In 30 years of residential home management this is probably the top five most most unprofessional and infuriating contacts I've had with a sales person. My client owns 220 insurance agencies, seven residences, and numerous commercial properties, and we will not be using this company for any of them.
