After getting very high bids to replace my home electrical panel, getting the run-around, no call backs and refusals to give me a bid based my pictures and other electricians insisting on coming out to charge me a trip charge, One Call Electric answered my request immediately and at a cost much lower than any other company. After the first visit to my home the owner realized, due to the age of my panel, the job was going to take a little more than just replacing the existing panel. With his decades of experience and ingenuity he and his son installed and rewired the panel in one day. As hot as the weather was, after days of rain causing delays, he competed to work in one day. Forget calling the other electrical companies that don't hold a candle to One Call Electric. Take my word that they are the best, in my opinion, and did exactly what I needed at a reasonable cost.

I called Climate Tech, and the nicest lady answered, listened to my issue, and promised to help if she could. Enter our angel, Raymond. He, after working in the heat since 7 am, finished a call near downtown Dallas AFTER midnight, and headed my way. When he arrived, he was very friendly and nice, didn't let on how tired he must have been. We finished up near 1:30 am, AC cooling my grieving wife and guests, and it made the next day go a whole lot better. Customer for life. Can't recommend enough.

I was suggesting route back to American home shield so some other contractors could come and their phone lady refuse to do that.... my home been soaked in water for five days ... It's been driving me crazy, and I was very happy that these guys rocked it out the next day after I hired them! The reason why I chose them is because they were the only plumbers to actually answer my questions. I know we are all very busy, and people using Thumbtack to get business usually get a lot of inquiries all day long. I asked several companies what the cost would be to fix the faucet, and/or replace it. Everyone else replied with their standard $50/$99 visit fee, but Artex was the only one to actually answer the question. $99 to fix, $199 to replace. Fine! Great! Simple enough! Had them come out the next morning, which was awesome. I was supposed to receive text messages letting me know the guy was on his way, but that did not happen. I also usually get other text message follow ups from places like this, which I also did not get. It's possible they did not have my cell number right, which is just as well. It's not like I wasn't here anyhow! Guy repaired the thing in less than half and hour. Works like a charm! No more leak! No more damp soil all along that side of the house! Yay! I called them up and had them come by when I got home from work. From the start they were honest and I could sense honest and hard working. My insurance didn't want to replace the whole roof at first just half. TJ and his team fought this decision with my adjuster and won. I got my whole roof replaced and they did an awesome job. A sweet girl named Bridgette and a nice man named John met with the insurance adjuster at my house. I didn't have to do anything but smile as every little thing the insurance adjuster didn't seen was seen by this amazing team. Andrew took over the formalities and then it was time to get my new roof put on. I was going out of town, so they actually put on my roof while my husband and I made a trip to Vegas!!! We left with the old roof and came home to a brand new beautiful lifetime warrantied roof. Plus, they even fixed our gate for free!
