I both times have had to leave my name and telephone number and the location of the well with a promise of a call back. I have been with out water since before christmas and there are small children and animals in my home. Since there is no information on the inside of my well cap I was hoping they could provide me with basic information of when the well was dug, how deep it is, what is down there for a pump and when the last time it was serviced. I honestly did not think that was going to be as much trouble as it seems to be. I have called 14 different plumbers and not one of them can seem to return phone calls. So now not having much of an idea of what I am doing I am now put in a position of having to pull it by hand myself and replace it or we will not have water all winter!
