I contacted Hodgdon Well Drilling in Minot, Maine. I reached Scott Hodgdon, owner and technician with 37 years of field experience with this comnpany (founded by his father). Scott was here by 6:30 pm, and in half an hour, had bench tested the components, installed a new capacitor, and retested the system .... running water was restored !!
