I emailed Kevin (the person who emailed me months earlier about servicing my septic) at 6am because I knew they weren't open until 8am. You know what he did? He called me 45 minutes later at 6:45am, walked me through some diagnostics and even FaceTimed me so I could figure out what was going on. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, figured out the problem, and educated me on how to prevent the problem from happening again. Didn't charge me a penny.
