I have called this bussiness a couple of times since their name and phone number are printed on my well. I both times have had to leave my name and telephone number and the location of the well with a promise of a call back. I have been with out water since before christmas and there are small children and animals in my home. Since there is no information on the inside of my well cap I was hoping they could provide me with basic information of when the well was dug, how deep it is, what is down there for a pump and when the last time it was serviced. I honestly did not think that was going to be as much trouble as it seems to be. I have called 14 different plumbers and not one of them can seem to return phone calls. So now not having much of an idea of what I am doing I am now put in a position of having to pull it by hand myself and replace it or we will not have water all winter! read more

We have had problems with quality of our well. The filters get clogged in one day and now even that does not work. We have no water starting July 1. Repeated calls have not been returned, and now after six calls no response. We are expecting company in a few days and need help. If there were a lower rating today, I would use it. This is an update on the previous review. At 7:30 last night our call was returned. The owner arrived at 7:29 am to look at the problem. He has been working now for almost two hours to address the problem. The water is at least running. Today the rating is four stars. read more
