We had to rip out some of our soffit to get them out, and in doing so left a big hole that squirrels and possum started getting into. So we wanted to fix that, as well as go around the entire house and caulk up any other little holes to prevent wasps from doing it again in the future, along with keeping other bugs out. I reached out to 10+ companies/contractors and quite a few wouldn't do it because it was too small of a project. Then only 2 of 5 of them came out the day they said they would. Of those two, only EMC understood exactly what I was asking for and even found a piece of rotting wood under a window that needed to be replaced (the other company said our siding looked great and didn't need any other repairs ). And when the quotes came in EMC was significantly less expensive despite doing more work, since the other company was only repairing the soffit while EMC repaired that, caulked areas all along the house that needed caulking, and replaced that piece of wood. After I paid the bill, they got me in their schedule quickly and kept me updated on any changes as the weather caused some delays. Once here, they got everything fixed in less than a day, painted and cleaned up, and gave reccs on what else needs updating soon. Overall they were extremely knowledgeable, did great work, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back to them if we need help on our next project.

I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

We have built three homes and our home through Symphony was the most pleasant and least stressful experience of them all! Derreck R. Lisenbe, doing business as 'L' Custom Construction, gave us a contract for "completion"…read moreof our building kit from Mueller. Our property was trespassed prior to the agreed start date. We did not arrive home until late afternoon. Lisenbe had already departed and left garbage and his large heavy trailer stuck into our nice level grass terrain thus ruining a large section near our house. The ground was highly saturated with water and anyone would get stuck. It required several days without rain to harden which he was aware of. He agreed to that, but arrived and trespassed anyway and ruined the place. It's a crappy area we are having to fix as we only have rakes, shovels and our old muscles to restore the area. We phoned Lisenbe later that day, and he stated his coming back tomorrow Sunday. Warned him not to as our long gate will have lock on it. He then arrived on the agreed start date. Six 25 foot beams were left and he wished payment stating several times the six were "extras, enough for another building top." Even showed me which ones on the kit list. Said to have Mueller pick them up, and we would receive a credit. He was finished and said the building was completed. We believed him as this was our first metal building which we saved for years to buy. We had no knowledge of building materials used for an entire completion. We phoned Scott Wilson our Mueller Representative that ordered and sold us the building kit. Mentioned to him Lisenbe said they were 'extras' for the roof part and to return them for a refund. Scott said the six beams were not for the top, but are for the sides--inside. There is no extra 25 foot beams in the 20'x25' building kit. Scott further stated, "he is lazy, and I have had a problem with him where I nearly lost my job." It was too late to stop payment on our check to this alleged swindler. Beware of his shoddy, half-assed work. We later found our roll up door would not line up to lock at the bottom. That cost $114 from Overhead Door to come and install correctly. Only one screw was shot in along all sides of the building's bottom. We hired a real building crew through Mueller in Temple, and they finished the building correctly. Lisenbe and his 'L' Custom Construction are under civil suit for the deception, shoddy workmanship and expense to complete the metal building kit.
