I even spotted a small Easter decor section. I did notice some pride holiday decor and some ornaments that were same sex couples, though none of color. They did have some representation of different colors. They even had Bernie in his now famous seated position wrapped in Christmas lights. And they had some of my gnome friends on display and for sale. So many variations of nativity scenes, snowy city displays, and just oh my goodness so very much. If you are ever in the area, I would suggest stopping by. Friendly employees, lots and lots of inventory. If you can not make it, just look at their social medias and their website. Freaking amazing. Some items are a bit expensive in my opinion, but I think that most are reasonably priced.

They have almost every possible toy made by Melissa and Doug, which is the BEST. Plus radio flyer wagons and tricycles, not plastic but old school metal. My friend went to the restroom and came back wanting to leave because there was no t.p., but I went and got a young man who had the good grace to be embarrassed and to fix it promptly. I bought three books and got a very nicely prepared cup of coffee at the JoeMuggs area. The franchise has reduced the offerings at the area, but I was always a cup of coffee kind of person anyway. The cashier had to go across to a different register to preorder the new Prince Harry book for me, but it was handled efficiently and I got a reduced preorder price which included shipping to my home and is significantly less than I would have paid on Amazon (I checked). So, it was a pleasant visit to what is more bookstore than toy store and I saved a few bucks. Very nice.

I got to talking with one of the employees and learned that the bookstore that has been around in different forms since the 1920s!!! l. They carry a mix of new books, local authors, children's books and all kinds of quirky and fun gifts.. It's a great place to slow down, browse, and find something you didn't even know you wanted. I'll definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area.
