Terrible terrible service! Our battery was dead after being at an airport for 1.5 weeks, emergency roadside through GEICO selected this company. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We told the driver several times we were in the parking garage, there is only 1 garage in the Buffalo airport. He kept going into parking lots not in the garage and he kept being rude and ignoring our directions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] An airport employee finally jumped our vehicle for us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called dispatch to notify them we don't need the driver and they couldn't care less.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would never recommend this company ever. read more

Had road side assistance through geico, had a flat tire. A man from knockout lockout came and changed the tire. Was a scary ride home. I get home the tire is almost off. Mind you inwas kn the thruway and was unable to stop nor did I want to be stranded again. So the tire has 4 lug nuts missing. And all 4 wheel bearings are stripped. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nor I or Geico are able to get ahold of them to provide insurance information for my truck to be fixed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I love in the middle of no where with 4 kids and now no vehicle due to this company. Seeing other comments, I am not the only one with this issue. Tighten the dang lug nuts!!!! And help me fix what you broke please. read more

I am located in Fresno California, needing a roadside assistance for a flat tire. When Knockout Lockout accepted the job assigned by my insurance Geico, [[HIGHLIGHT]]dispatcher Jason with his rudeness & ignorant remarks, refused to answer the question of where their truck was located for assistance and ETA.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Refused to answer the phone when calling as I sat on the freeway with cars flying past me at 80 mph just to see what the ETA would be for my safety.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Nothing! I am extremely satisfied and pleased with my experience with this company. Need a jump start and they were here to save me.

I used my Geico roadside assistance and they sent Knockout Lockout. When removing my flat tire, they stripped a lug nut with their impact gun. Then, when putting the flat on the back of my jeep, they broke a bolt that holds the spare tire onto the vehicle. Accidents happen and I really did not care. The issue: [[HIGHLIGHT]]They called and said the manager was getting the parts and would come fix everything while I was at work and would be there around 2:30-3:00. They no called no showed me. Called at 9:00 Pm to say they will do it first thing in the morning. Got a call the next morning and they're "call volume is too high" and could not do it nor know when they could.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They want me to go to a dealership and get it done myself and they'll reimburse me which I do not trust in the slightest. Also would like to point out that the employee showed up in a mini van with what seemed like family members in the vehicle. I watched him use the impact gun for an extended amount of time then he goes "someone stripped the nut" then he proceeded to tell me he was going to leave it off because you don't need all of your lug nuts on the wheel read more

Allstate sent them out to fix my flat tire and he patched up my tire and I was happy and on my way. I got home and it was still hissing so I brought my car to Walmart auto shop and they found what I ran over still inside my tire and the auto shop worker said with the patch job he did, I was in danger of my tire exploding. Should have never patched it. He should have put my spare on. read more

Horrendous! Geico unfortunately works with them through their emergency roadside assistance plan. I had a simple flat. I had to leave my car in a restaurant parking lot, since I couldn't drive it. Called Geico and they connected me with this company "Knockout Lockout" Their dispatcher knew I was not located anywhere near my car, (since the flat happened outside a restaurant). She gave me an ETA of 1 HOUR. Jason, the roadside assistance rep, however, showed up in 5 minutes, let himself into my vehicle on his own accord, without my consent, put on the spare, and then proceeded to leave the the spare FLAT. He called me and said, "hey, I changed the tire for you" so I took an UBER there, only to see that I now had a FLAT SPARE and was now stuck at the restaurant with no way of getting home. The lack of intelligence is unreal. Honestly, how ignorant can you get? Due to his complete incompetency, I was stuck at a restaurant, when I could have been home. His "service" call was a complete hindrance. WOW, is all I can say. I nonetheless am cancelling my insurance policy, due to Knockout Lockout. I am not surprised by all the other negative reviews here. Hopefully Geico will come to their senses and get rid of this horrible "roadside assistance" vendor. read more

I had a flat in the parking lot near a walking trail - no address. He found me in half the time that Geico told me he would arrive. Changed the flat in 10 minutes. Let me see how it was done. Totally professional and polite. Terrific service. Would hope if anything like this happens again Knockout Lockout would be called. read more

I had a driver come to me and got my key out of the ignition fast. I think he is a miracle worker

The estimated wait time was 55 minutes. He arrived in 25 minutes. He was there to jump start my car but the minute he arrived he went to my front driver side tire and showed me how low it was. He pumped up my tire and jump started my car in less than 10 minutes. Awesome service! Like other reviewers I was also connected to this company by GEICO. Unlike the others, I had wonderful service. My car wouldn't start so I submitted a roadside service request through my insurance company, GIECO. They referred me to Knockout and estimated they'd be there in an hour. A little over an hour later they weren't there, so I called them. The person who answered was very friendly and helpful and said they usually estimate 75 minutes. She checked with the driver and was told he'd be there in 10 minutes. No sooner had I hung up when the driver called me and said he'd be there in 10 minutes. He was there in less than 10. Very friendly, understanding, patient, and professional. He also had some great advice for me. read more

Knock out lockout deserves Zero stars! Real live crooks! I needed roadside service. GEICO sent these guys who lied and said my battery was no good and wouldn't jump or charge so I needed another. Then they tell me that they have new batteries for sale. I fell for it because I was desperate and stuck. They definitely took advantage because I was a woman and alone. When he hooked his box to my car, I'm sure he probably never even turned it on, otherwise I'm pretty sure my battery would've jumped and worked. So anyway I ended up taking them up on their offer and purchased a battery for 240. Fast forward to today 3.5 months later after the crooks put the battery in my car, my car wouldn't turn on. Called roadside again, a different company came and charged the battery. I was able to drive to Auto Zone to get it checked out. My battery was reading for a bad battery when hooked up to their system. Also the battery was small and not even the right model for my car. Auto Zone man said that my battery was a old junk yard battery. So those crooks from knockout lockout put anything in my car and took my money!!! If knockout lockout is dispatched to you please change and ask for another company. Big scammers. They work in a pair. It's two of them! Do not fall for the games!!! Big time Liars! I'm calling GEICO tomorrow to report them as well. GEICO need to remove them from their list because they are nothing but crooks! read more

Got a flat and was connected through them with Geico. I was connected to a very nice person who said "oh, I know exactly where you are. We'll send someone out" After waiting an hour, the driver called said he couldn't find me. I told him exactly where I was and he said "I'll be there shortly". Called him again and was told he'd call right back. Then I get a call from Geico telling me the driver canceled because "my car was in an unsafe place and they couldn't get ahold of me". BUT HE NEVER EVEN SAW WHERE MY CAR WAS. Never did he call me back. Never did the company contact me. He never tried to get a hold of me after he said he'd call back. So now I've been on the side of the road for nearly 2 hours and I had to call another company because Geico couldn't find anyone else to help. If I can save one person from this hassle, I'll be happy. Do not use this company. read more

DO NOT CALL or USE THIS COMPANY. I was connected to this company through my GEICO roadside assistance. I spoke to the first young lady who was pleasant and helpful when I called about the ETA because I was stranded on the side of a busy highway with cars flying by at 50-70 mph, literally shaking my car. I was very scared for my safety. The initial person gave me a 40 minute ETA after speaking to the tow truck driver. After 30 minutes of being scared out my mind on this busy highway, I called back for an updated ETA. Because, you know, stuff happens to delay the driver. The next woman was nasty and rude. After giving me a different ETA I tried to understand why and she was like the other person was speaking about a different call. I was like no we had a whole conversation about my situation. She was dismissive and wouldn't even actually check on the updated ETA. So when I get upset and tell her I sitting on the side of a dangerous highway in an angry tone she hung up on me. When I call back and ask her name she refused to tell me her name and threatened to cancel my service call. Let's be clear ALL SHE HAD TO DO was check the updated ETA time the first time I called!! Like that is all. Which would also be HER JOB. I am pretty sure the whole reason a tow truck company exists is to help people in distress. So how about you be helpful!!! I've filed a formal complaint with Geico. read more

This company does not even deserve the one start that was given. I came out of church with a flat, roadside sent this company within the hour. The tech stripped all my lug nuts and got one lodged in his tool. He was not able to change my tire only able to put air in it so I can get home seeing how late it was. The next day I took it to Dunn Tire who told me they were all rounded except for the one that was missing. I am currently in the process of a claim against the company. read more

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! I DONT CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE!!! Made the first call to them at 345pm to fix a flat tire on the side of the road. They told me they would be there in 50 minutes. After they didn't show up for an hour I called the number on their website and spoke to the owner to make sure they were still coming, they told me they had a driver on the way and would be there in 20 mins. After 40 mins passed I called again, they told me the driver was 5 mins away. Too make a long story short they showed up finally 2 hours and 45 mins later. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!!! These guys are terrible and really don't care how long it takes them to help you out. If AAA says they are sending them. Tell AAA to call someone else. read more

THIS COMPANY IS USELESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. IF YOU ARE DESPERATE CALL ANYONE ELSE AND WAIT THAT EXTRA TIME, DO NOT RELY ON THEM. Our Insurance company first made the call to them at 2am. The driver kept calling my husband and asking him where he was located and my husband told him. At 3:30 after my Insurance company made 2 more calls to them and me making a call to them I was told their truck broke down and they had to dispatch another one of their trucks and it would be another 45 mins. In between the driver kept calling my husband for his location and my husband would tell him. At one point my husband called the driver and left him a voice mail and the driver couldn't even return the call or call the Insurance company. When I called the company and spoke to the dispatch I told her we were going to cancel the call and the Insurance company was going to dispatch someone else. She said she would have to call the Insurance company and found out if that was true because I couldn't cancel it. In the mean time the dispatch tried to tell me she has been trying to call my husband 7-8 times and he wasn't answering his phone. Funny how their wasn't one call from her on his phone. At 4:15am my husband gets a call from the driver saying he was one minute away. Guess What it was 20 minutes later. Our Insurance company did dispatch someone else but they got their first. My times may be off by a few minutes or so but the bottom line is THIS COMPANY IS USELESS. I HAVE CALLED OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THEM. read more
