Brody was a professional throughout. He made sure that other traffic was not impeded, he made sure everything was as safe as can be when he hooked up my vehicle to be towed. Had a blown tire on my 2006 dodge dakota truck. Called CTC they sent Eric from Tom James towing whom arrived in 45 minutes as was told . Eric towed truck to CTC on Woodland road in Welland . Upon arrival noticed only one truck being serviced. We thought great will be in out in a hurry . AHH! nope was told they are booked solid rest of night . Explained we are from out of town did not matter. He said you could leave truck in front of store and maybe we will look at it tomorow no guaranty of tire available or if they have time. Went back to shop told ERic he said REALLY he reloaded truck with everyone in shop looking ...drove out to back of store. Eric called around and found Welland tire on Niagara to take care of it. Burnt clutch in my car on my way to hamilton about midnight. Called Tom james and explained my pay wouldn't be deposited until 3 am I was told to call back at 2 am I was alone and was worried about the speeding cars and trucks passing. I was told $270 . They finally showed up at 3:50 am i was told $110 to pick up and $4 a km from there I pinned my location earlier so I knew the exact km. When got home the driver charged $350. Not happy with this company. Recommend getting CAA to avoid these greedy vultures taking advantage of people in distress.. read more

I last used this company in 2021 to bring my side by side from the dealer to my house exactly 7 km, the charge was $50.00, very reasonable. Fast forward to 2023 and the charge is now $148.00 plus tax for the exact same thing, that's more than a 300% increase. Look, I know things have gone up but that's ridiculous, I have heard they have new owners, so that's probably why. read more

Honestly this was the worst tow truck experience. I called and was told that the tow would be $200 which we agreed upon. The driver came did his job everything was going great. I got out of my car to settle with him telling the driver that I didn't have the cash on me but I had my fathers credit card. That is when the experience went from excellent to terrible. After stating my situation he immediately says it is going to cost me $350 plus taxes and that he is getting someone to come tow my car. I asked him why the upcharge and he said for the damages to his car. I asked to see what damages he had and all he said was wear and tare. Don't get me wrong I was willing to pay the amount he first stated plus maybe a small charge but being up charged $150 dollars for a car wash! Come on!
