I took my car to get an estimate paid and then took my car in the next week they had originally told me two days and said they would call me when the car was ready. Dropped my car off late Monday and was called Wednesday morning it's ready! Damn I didn't think it would be so quick I asked if I could pick it up after it closed do to my work schedule and they said absolutely and not to worry that it's safe and cameras were in the lot so not to worry! I go to get it not only does the car look new but the INSIDE was detailed! A nice surprise after a stressful time. Good luck in getting a call back to let you know progress made in your repairs and expected date for completion. Car repair work was completed and car was returned with new problems THAT WERE NOT present upon delivery for repairs to be made. I received the car with the engine light on and a tire plug inserted to the sidewall of the tire (very dangerous issue). Tire plug was brand new and the rubber cement used was still fresh. The engine light diagnostics indicated possible acceleration stress that triggered the ECU according to the Dealers Service Manager. On both issues these people offered no accountability whatsoever - just denials. My recommendation - STAY AWAY - DO NOT TRUST this business. read more

I have absolutely no idea why this place got such poor ratings here on Yelp, and why somebody had the nerve to say that they're scammers, they're absolutely not. They've already come through for me twice. The first was in 2015 after my SUV was damaged in a car accident. Then again recently when my bumper (on the same SUV) got badly dented after backing into a trailer's hitch. When I went for an estimate, they said the work to install my new bumper and reattach a rear headboard would take 3-4 days; they finished the work in a day and a half. They did such an amazing job each time and for a very reasonable price. Knoblock's is the best around! read more

I took my car to Knoblock for an estimate on two small dings on my driver side door. Initially, the estimate was provided for over $2k. Once Knoblock knew I was going through insurance, the estimate changed twice and went up to over $8k, claiming I needed two new car doors. I was told the work would take 4 days yet it took almost three weeks. When I questioned the delay, Joe told me it was because of the insurance company. There was a lack of transparency, communication, and customer service. When my car was ready, I noticed the doors were misaligned. I then had to wait for them to align them. Getting into the car, there were restrain lights that were showing so then they had to fix that. After having my car for three weeks, I expected things to be perfect and they were far from it. I wouldn't recommend any part of Knoblock to anyone. Go anywhere else but there and don't believe a word Joe says. read more

Knoblock auto body was exceptional. I was in a pretty decent accident, they towed my car and fixed it up within a month. The damage was pretty extensive. I had a few little problems that I had to bring back but every time I had a concern Samantha was always there and so helpful. My car is as good as new! Hopefully no more accidents but if so, I definitely recommend bringing your car here. read more

Im very disappointed. First the assistant desk is located under a television, it was so loud, I couldn't understand a word she was saying. But what got me so upset was when i went to pick my car. They didnt know where they had place my fucking car. Like are you kidding me? After like 15 minutes of searching they found in some parking lot. But that wasnt all. They didnt even give me a tour or explain what they had done to the car. I get into my car. And my car didnt start. I thought it was a joke. Then they have the audacity to tell my it was my car battery. When battery was bought about 5 months ago. And they insisted it was the problem, Instead of admitting it was their fault. My car never had starting problems. It took them about an hour to get it to start. I took my car to autozone and to check the battery. They told me nothing was wrong with the battery. The reason my car didnt start because they didn't disconnect the electrical when working on the car. So long story short, dont waste or money here and have your insurance find a more responsible place. read more

These guys are the best of the best! After two visits to Knoblock over the years with very satisfactory results, this spring I need my much cherished 2011 Mazda RX-8's (with only 18,000 miles) front bumper replaced and painted. The first time that Jeff and his awesome crew of painters took a shot at painting this bumper, it didn't come out quite right.. The paint on the bumper was considerably darker than the rest of the car, and after about a month and looking at the car closely in bright sunlight, I realize I needed to go back to Knoblock and trust that they would do what they needed to do to get the color to match EXACTLY. When I returned to Knoblock, Jeff agreed with me that it wasn't right and agreed to repaint the bumper at no charge, despite the extremely difficult color (a metallic red) Huge props to the crew at Knoblock that do the painting, since my thought is because this might have been one of the last 2011 Mazda RX-8s to roll off the assembly line ever (Mazda stopped making the car in 2011), chances are the paint they used was either not correct or a bit off from the get-go. Huge kudos to Jeff and the crew at Knoblock for being tenacious and not giving up after numerous attempts to find the correct paint color to match my cherished sports car. Finally, after five shots at it, they were able to get the color 100% exactly right! I have nothing but profound appreciation for these guys going the extra mile for me, and I would recommend Knoblock Auto Body to anyone looking for honest, stand up car guys (and gals) that consider customer satisfaction their top priority! They did an amazing job on my toyota camry. It was hit hard on the front driver side with serious damage to the bumper, hood and left quarter panel. This is worst auto repair shop I had ever seem. I brought my car for front bumper and hood for repair. They claims over $5000 for repair. A lot of thing they said that the car needed to replace but they never replace. That is not the worst!. The mechanic put penut shells in my air in-take compartment as garage can and threw a chicken bones under my hood. My car with a check engine light after accident, they did not repair. They asked me to bring back the car next time for additional charge. This auto repair shop is surely earning the WORST repair shop title in NJ! read more
