The gentleman "Richie " was the driver. He was very kind & helped me out of my car ,made sure I was safely across the street to wait for my ride to pick me up. I then met him at the drop off garage site. Sometimes older people feel nervous when they get stranded with car trouble this was not the case, Richie made me feel safe. The wheels on my truck locked up in Brooklyn on Ocean Ave at 10pm. My first call was to AAA because I have roadside assistance but they said they would be there in an hour and a half. That was obviously crazy and clearly I have been wasting my money paying for AAA. Anyway, I called a few Towing guys who were all giving me pretty long wait times and then I came across Towing Brooklyn NY. They had someone to me in 20 minutes. They were able to get my car onto their Towing truck and give me a ride to the repair shop. I saw they had 4.8 stars on Google and it looks like that is for a reason!

Nothing ever came from it as there wasn't anything illegal inside. They told me the car was secure and when I returned they had all the windows down outside in the rain and it destroyed thousands in property. Idk what they were looking for but they tore apart the entire interior and dashboard with no warrant. I noticed all my high end tools were missing and they knew nothing about it. Highway patrol required us to be towed us to an abandoned Sears parking lot (at OUR EXPENSE $500.00!) in a very sketchy area. Uhaul didnt even return our calls. The only help we had, was from Rob at CES. He got us towed to his lot and advocated for us to get a new truck, transfer of contents & a place to sleep. Uhaul was totally unbothered about us being stranded with 2 kids a cat a dog & a hamster with a truck containing all of our possessions thousands of miles from our destination. Without Rob and CES we would still be sitting in that lot. I am forever grateful to CES. I strongly recommend this business.
